I have a 4 yr. old black lab male who I would like to breed.  How do I find someone who has an AKC certified female who is willing to have my dogs' litter?  I only ask that I get pick of the litter in return.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you check out this dog's pedigree and check for genetic problems before agreeing to breed your dog .  Come on...be responsible.

Please, do not breed your dog's. There are more than 5 million healthy pets put to sleep in Amereican Shelters each year. That is 575 cats and dogs an hour. Black labs dominate the shelters and are the hardest to adopt out. I don't know why this is, they are lovely dogs.

Lab puppies sell immediatly.  Most are sold a few days after birth.  I'm in Florida, and would like to breed our yellow lab.
I agree, you should look along the pedegree for possible problems, but not to worry you will get rid of the puppies.

well, you can still have a litter of pups, just before you do, you might want to find a few people or friends to adopt them so you know where they will go. don't give them to a shelter.

I have a 5 year old white lab that would like to breed. She is in heat now. She has her papers. She is AKC certified. Where do you live?
