My 4month old Min Pin. Has black spots on his tongue. Why?

Some dogs just have spots or black spots on the roof of there mouths and it just them Its what makes them unique

It's genetic. He's perfectly normal. A lot of dogs have that.

My min pin has 1 extra toe on each of his back legs...i dont know what they are called but it would be considered the ones that look like thumbs he has 2 on each back leg why?

my five month old min pin has those black spots on his tongue too. so it must go along with the breed.
