Some dogs just have spots or black spots on the roof of there mouths and it just them
Its what makes them unique

It's genetic. He's perfectly normal. A lot of dogs have that.

My min pin has 1 extra toe on each of his back legs...i dont know what they are called but it would be considered the ones that look like thumbs he has 2 on each back leg why?

my five month old min pin has those black spots on his tongue too. so it must go along with the breed.
