OMG I would love to see your dogs. I have one too. She is white with a small black mark by her eye and beige spots on her back. She won't EVER put her frisbee down. We have to hide it at night. She loves playing catch with it. My boyfriend and I thought this was the strangest mix and now we have Pia. She is the most amazing dog. I absolutely love her. She does have a lot of energy but I think the lab in her calms her down. She also likes her ball. We go to the beach and she weight at the end of the boat dock and then we tell her to run and she runs toward us while we throw her toy in the water and she launches in the water for it. She's hysterical. She loves to swim. She we just lay down in puddles she loves water so much. She also likes to be underneath things. Tell me more if anyone gets this.

I have a new pup and she is Jack russell, labrador mix. She definitely has the J.R. nature, and she is awesome. I would like to find out about some games I could develope to play with her, as I am not a hunter. Any suggestions? She loves to go under things to get her toys. Thanks

we think our jack russell mated with a lab. she had 6 beautiful pups, thru cesarian. we are trying to find pics, of same, to see if we are correct. does anyone have pics ? birdie

I actually have a question about your jack russell-lab mix? Do you find that they shed as much as a lab? How is there temperment around children? Do you kennel them during the day when you are work? Thanks!

We to have a jackrador or labrussell. She is the size of a jack russel but looks like a mini black lab. We thought we may have the only one. Would love to see pics of other jackradors?

We have a 1½ year old labrador-Jack Russell named Chloe. She looks like a PURE bread black lab but she is the size of a Jack Russel (just a little taller). She definitely has the JR personality and LOVES of play fetch/catch and tug of war. She also LOVES to swim. We live in Alaska and she swims right out into the ocean surf to retrieve sticks and frisbees. She LOVES to please people and is very affectionate. We got her from puppy rescue and we couldn't be more in love with her. She LOVES to go in the car and rides on the front dash of the motorhome.... coleen@gci.net

i would like to know what you find out about jr/lab mixes. we JUST got a puppy that is half and half. we love him so far. he looks very much like he is going to have more lab physical characteristics. but who knows. i am also curious how large he will get?

i also have a lab,russel mix and she loves to have a water ball, its a ball and its filled with water, so that may be a good idea for your pup hope i could help

No one will probably ever read this since it's been 2 years since these have been posted. But, I have a Jack Rusell Lab mix. She is so awesome. Her favorite toy is her frisbee. She can jump high in the air to catch it. Sometimes she does flips. She also likes going under things. She is always wedging herself under the bed. She lives for Frisbee though. She also likes tug-o-war and swimming. She dives right off the boat. I want to get her an agility corse to set up in the back yard. I'd love to know what yours look like.
