I am very neat person, meaning I keep my house very clean. Does this mean I cannot have a Saint Bernard living inside the house?
Some people tell me they drool a lot, and make a mess of everything. Is this true??
Thanks a lot for your help; I am looking forward to heard from you.

Having a large Saint would be difficult for you as they always shed some hair and sometimes a lot of hair.  I have had some that drooled a lot and others that do not drool at all.  It would be essential for you to find a drymouth and the only way to know this is when they are grown. Perhaps adopt from www.saintrescue.org

Some are big clowns and bump into everything and some are incredibly graceful and bother nothing.

So yes you would have a lot more vacuuming to do and you should only consider adopting a dog with characteristics that would fit your life style.  Tell the state rescue adoption coordinator you are looking for a neat fastidious graceful and drymouth saint and you might find a perfect match.  Also might take a while but I know they exist.

I have owned 2 Saints. The first one did live inside at first until I had a covered deck built and the only problem was hair and the occasional drool mark on the walls. Our current Saint is a outside dog and just as well because she really loses hair. She sleeps in the garage at night in winter.
I personally think they should be outside dogs.

ARE YOUR CLEANSERS MAKING YOU SICK? Chances are, many of the traditional cleaners in your home's cabinates contain potentially dangerous toxins that promote illness, fatigue, and disease. Eliminate this deadly risk and get rid of stubborn dirt and grime with Veriuni environmentally- and family- safe cleansers. Go to http://www.moreinfo247.com/8861210/VCL to find out more.

hey saints are really nice dogs i have one and he is gentle and doesn't bump into anything but he sheds a lot in the summer and drools a lot so it depends on how much you are willing to spend in your house for a dog.

I live in a very small house and also like to keep things very clean. i have a dry mouth saint bernard. he is a wonderful animal and does not make to big of a mess. he is pretty easy to take care of. as long as you have a big yard it is a great idea to let them spend a lot of time outside they love it.
