In which month did world war two end ?

It ended officially with the signing of the surrender documents on the Battleship Missouri in Tokyo Bay on September 2, 1945.  It began on September 1, 1939 with the invasion of Poland. Britain and France declared war on Germany on Sunday September 3, 1939.

it ended on August 14, 1945 (V-J Day) when Japan surrended leaving no more bad guys to fight against

Actually WWII ended wen germany signed the surrender papers on may the 8th 1945. r u guys stupid or wat? u c hitler killed himself so germany was devistaed and the US thrashed germans so they had 2 sign da papers!

the Republic of China had been fighting the Empire of Japan since 1937, so the war really began in 1937 not 1939
