My JRT won't stop barking at night. She will only sleep for a few hours and then barks non-stop.Any suggestions?

Just let her bark. Don't go out to her even to punish her or she will be getting exactly what she was barking for....YOU! She will eventually learn it won't do any good. Just be patient. Good luck to you and your hope of a good nights sleep!!:)

Yeah, ignore the dog like my neighbor's have been doing to theirs for 2 years...hasn't stopped the dog yet.  And it might even get shot one day.

My dog has come a long way. She behaves and now sleeps in her crate and loves it! I used a water bottle to train her not to bark. Now she's trained by just saying "no Bark"

What about a dog who is 4 years old and crate trained who SUDDENLY started a barking habit at night and now is continuing to bark every night?

1 i want to know if i can ask Questions? and how.  Also I'm having the same problem but my Lhapso Apso keeps whining then i take her out to pee and she only pees a dime size. Does any 1 know what to do?

kill her and ur problem will be solved. The best way is to hit her heard continuisly with a brick! jokes! train her with a water bottel.

i just got a JRT 2 nites ago he was in an abusive family i have a cage for him and i put him in there atnite to sleep but he keeps crying and barking i dont know what to do i do the water bottle squirt thing and that kinda works will he get used to being with me?
