Are beagles aggressive towards livestock(e.g. cattle and hogs) to chase and run them?We currently have a disgruntled neighbor out here in the country who is accusing our eight beagles of fighting with her dogs and chasing and running her livestock- they have not shown any physical proof other than second and third party observations- we have not seen any indication of such behavior and our dogs range in age from 10 years down to three years of age. We are asking for expert opinion relating to the breed to save our dogs from being unfairly accused. Thanks!

yess they will beagles are very terrtoial. they will chase live stock too and kill them. Beagles may be very small but they do have power. My beagle just recently saved me from a pit bull attack he jumped in front of me attacking the pit that was coming after me and ending up ripping both ligments out of the pits front legs
