Which is better for omega 3!s
Flaxseed oil or Ground linseeds, sunflower and sesame seeds mixed together? Which is more beneficial ?

Flaxseed OIL has much more Omega 3 essential fatty acids than all of the others......but you MUST also take 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt( these sulfur-based proteins enable the body to use the acids)
      This combo has shown miraculous results....

sea buckthorn seed oil has more omega 3 and omega 6 than flaxseed hands down.
