Around 3-4 weeks you can take her to the vet to get her a pregnancy test that costs $20-$30. I would count the weeks from the last breeding. There are signs too if you don't want to go to the vet. Email me at stanishas@aol.com

My female dog is 9 months old and weights around 40 pounds. In the last two weeks she came in heat for the first time. She would leave the house for two hours and then come home. My male dog at home would get on top of her, but he is neutered. Her nipples are a little enlarged and she was vomiting this morning. How will I be able to tell if another dog got her pregnant?

you will know if your dog's pregnant around 4 weeks, an obvious sign is the teats being more prominent than usual, my vet had a feel and could feel that she was in pup.
