I AM A NEW OWNER OF A FEMALE ROTTWEILER GIVEN TO ME A YEAR AGO. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A PET BEFORE AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE PROPER REGISTRATION PAPERWORK ON HER. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS? ALL OF THE THIS IS NEW TO ME AND I'M A BIT LOST!
