how much and how many times should you feed a chihuahua we have a 9 week old male and we were told to feed him 2 times a day?

Definitely feed him more than 2 times a day!
Some chihuahua's are prone to low blood sugar and all puppies need to be fed more often.  More like 4-6 times/day then after, 6 months and over 3 times/day ...
