i want to sign up for a website but when i go to do so, it says that my server is not sending a referrer and gave me three options to fix it which i did, but i cant do the last one which is to turn off any firewalls, proxies, ad blockers, etc. which may be blocking it.. how do i turn off these things to get the website to work, and then turn them back on when i am done?
