How do I do a cross sectional panel data regression on PcGive of the form:

Sit = B1 + B2Ait + (xi + eit) + yt

S= Sales
A= Advertising expenditure
x= fixed effect
e= random error
y= time varying effect.

I know what I want to do but can't actually do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
