Hi, i have spots on my back too. They come and go, but some are more painfull than others. I now shower everyday, using wash to wash my back, and leaving it too heal. I have had them about 6 months i think. I am 15 so its prob something im going through. Mine is slowly but surly clearing up and hope it goes away soon.

the best thing to do here is have a shower every morning and night and soap your chest and back.this gets your skin extremely clean and works a treat!!!
