I believe I have Lucid dreams, and I am always tired. How do I find out why I am always tired? I always thought it was because I dreamed all the time.

When you are in a lucid state, your brain waves are very similar to a waking state. It can feel like you have been awake for a full 24 hours. It is important to take a couple days off a week from lucid dream.

I actually have had no experience with being tired after a Lucid Dream.

True the brainwaves are similar to those of the waking state, but your body is still in its recharging phase.
For this reason alone it is not necessary to take time off from Lucid Dreaming.
