I'm 12 years old is there a place in Indiana,Indianapolis that will pierce my navel?

Most tattoo shops will pierce regardless of age, however, you must have parental consent.  If under 18, a parent must sign a consent form and be present at the time of the piercing.

hey im 12 too and want my navel pierced and i live in indy too so i hope lil punk dont mind if i post this on here too  where can u get it done and how do i convince my parents? homework_account05@sbcglobal.net  sorry i just made that account up for homework insteada my main one so just email me on that one
