I am using the teamware and sccs tools , for version control.

We are working in a team and I want to lock some upper version for editing.

When I used >> sccs admin -l1 "1"
in order to lock the file.
and after I bringover from this workspase the child work spase get the lock flag as well.

my Q is how can I lock the parent workspace from checking out files.
