What type of food can I eat and sill lose weight  (Food that takes more callories to digest then they give to you)

There is only one negative calorie food.  Celery.  This is going to get very boring after a while.

The most sensible plan is to calculate the number of calories you expend in a day, the number you consume and make sure the two do not match.  Also make sure the consume does NOT exceed the expend.  When you hit 3500 negative calories, you lose a pound.  Or you can simply eat straight celery.
