How can i place track breaks in a long mix that is 1 track long.

I don't have an answer to your question but this is something which I would really like to know aswell! I have recorded a long mix and need to put track break in it! If anyone out there knows how, please email me at Barney_chris86@hotmail.com thanks alot! Good luck askew_1!!!!
