I'm receiving an error message while checking email from our webmaster@dfbgcards.com

TCP/IP Error -3162 The server is not responding

I can and will appreciate any help

This is most likely a server based problem.  This does not necessarily mean that your ISP or their server is at fault.  If you have a webmail facility for this account, can you access the account via webmail?  If so your e-mail program is having connection issues with the server - check your firewall, as well as your pop3 and smtp settings.

Also check with your host to see if they can validate the mail box host.  It is possible it has become corrupted, or has corrupted data within it.
