I got my tongue pierced a week ago and it doesn't hurt or anything. But the lady piercing me said I have a short fat tongue and there is a crater in my tongue where the top ball lays. And it bothers me!! s this normal??? Or is it because I have a thick tongue??

yeah the crater is normal. it is just where the ball rests on you tongue.

i got my tounge peirces about 3 weeks ago, and it has fufed up heaps. i am sarting to not be able to breath! Should i take it out? I havn'ttold my mum yet but i am to scared to tell her because it cost heaps to get done! what should i do help me please!

i got my tongue pierced 3 days ago and i have a bump around the ring inside of my tongue is it normal? it doesnt hurt or anything?

I just got mine done 6 days ago and I have a crater, too. It's perfectly normal. i got worried at first, but I called my piercer and he said it was fine.

i haven't had my tongue pierced yet but i've done alot of research. doctors say that if your piercing swells to the point that you can not breathe then it is best to drink a cup of ice water before you go to bed and to add an extra pillow so it will be easier to breathe.

I have had my tongue pierced for about a lil bit less than a year now and i was sick this week so i took it out for like a day and when i went to put it back on it was really tight and hard to put in, now its been like 2 days since i put it in and it hurts like a b1tch what do i do is that normal?

I just got my tongue pierced yesterday and it doesn't hurt at all. Just keep ice on it constantly and take Ibuprofen or Midol (not to be funny, it really works best).

i ave another 6 weeks till then end of ma school term and i reallllllly wanna get ma tongue pierced but my tongue is well short i ave about 1/2 an inch from the tip of the tongue i wanted to know if it can be pierced at an angle or sumthin lyk that so i cn ave it done??? cheers

i dont really have an answer but i wanted to get my tongue done and heaps of poeople are sayin that it gonna hurt and im startin to get scared and stressed out i dont now what to do or if its gonna hurt bad

i am getting my tongue pierced this weekend, and i can handle any piercing, but i am sorta terrified. i am tongue tied so i am nervous that it will be pierced to far up and cause a lisp, and cracked teeth. am i overreacting?!?!?!???
