The best diet to go on is a non pork only healthy food diet. The pig is full of fat and desease(Trickinosis). It also is the animal of destruction. Before toilets existed pigs walked around eating human waist(walking flies)

The best diet to go on is one that is full of fiber and low in fat.  Eat 3 meals a day that are well-balanced with 2 snacks that are low in fat, low in sugar and low in calories such as a carrots, yogurt, rice cake or sugar-free jello.  Eat at the same time each day and stay hydrated with plenty of water.  Walk a couple of miles/day to increase circulation and blood flow and to burn off some calories.  The pounds will fall of slowly but surely and will stay off if you adapt to this behavior change of giving up foods made up of processed white flour and sugar. You will not only look better with the excess weight off, you will feel so much better.  Good luck getting started....
