When you open the email from the sender, click on full header.  The full header should show items like XP Originating, and recieved...Then look at the ip address subsequent the the recieved or originator heading.  The ip address should be like 66.10.234.185.  Then go to the website www.geobytes.com/Iplocator.htm.  Enter the ip address and it will give you a location and geographic coordinates.  It will also give you a map with the location on it.  If you would like a better map use the geocoordinates and enter them into mapquest.
