The Kegel Exercise series is top notch. I've been dry as a bone for nearly a year after using them.

If you are looking for a bit of a change in the routine the Caribbean Workout: Pilates DVD is a nice switch.

I really link pilates yoga.  It is a neat combination of two great exercises.
