Yes, you can! I am a water freak and during the three day diet I drank lots and still lost the 10lbs!!

Is it ok to do the day 2 diet first for breakfast (toast with egg instead of peanut butter) and do the day 1 plan on day 2?

Yes, I can drink plenty of water in three days. I have been on a diet before and I drank 8 glasses of water a day.

yes it is ok to switch between the foods in the diet. this is because it is a calorie diet so no matter what youre still going to be intaking the same # of calories workout your own combinations have fun and still loose the ten pounds.

hi, im going to start the 3-day diet, so will this diet really work, i heard its not true, but im willing to do anything to lose 10 lbs in just 3 days, i need to lose 30

iam nursing my baby can i still go on this diet iam 55lbs over weight and i feel it i hate being over weight i have been dealing with this for 7 years iam tired of caring this weight i do not want to have any problems i do go to the gym 2-3 times a week please help me.

you can drink lots of water but you don't have to have exactally 8 oz

Yes it's ok! Not only is it ok, your weight lose can exceed the 10 lbs you're looking forward to.

ofcourse!!! you are suppose to drink water during any diet. if you exercise drink even more always hydrate!

water is important... whether ur on diet or not... H20 can help you lot.. cleanse you remove your toxics and loose weight.
