Actually, I found this on the site.
Who is the man on the Quaker Oats box? Is it William Penn?
  The "Quaker man" is not an actual person. His image is that of a man dressed in the Quaker garb, chosen because the Quaker faith projected the values of honesty, integrity, purity and strength.

oh dear not the oats again!

The man on the box is not William Penn but he is dressed iont eh quaker dress of the 1600 which is not and has not been worn by quakers since then.

It indeed is William Pen a great quaker!! He was put on the oatmeal box b/c of his beliefs. He was a good man and deserves it.

William Penn is on the oatmeal  box. He belonged to a religious
group called the Society of Friends, also known as Quakers.

hello it has to be willam penn in the quaker grab. it was around the time of 1652 that he founded penn. for the quakers

He is William Penn because Pennsylvannia was land of the wheat. William happend to create it. So that proves it is him or it was made after him.

William Penn is the guy on the Oatmeal Quaker Box! He looks exactly like him! I know that because I have a biography on him, the book, and it says so! Everything in there is real!Believe me that is him even my teacher says so!!!!!!!!
