IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT CATEGORY YOU ARE USING. AS EXAMPLE -
     CAR ACCIDENTS
     BAD WHISKEY
     SEXUAL DISEASES
     DRUNKENNESS     - I DONT KNOW

HOWEVER - IF YOU ARE SPEAKING OF WAR CASUALTIES - THERE WERE NONE. THE JAPANESE PEOPLE WERE VERY PASSIVE.  I LANDED IN WAKAYAMA VERY SOON AFTER THE TREATY AND THE ONLY TROUBLE WE HAD WAS IN KEEPING THEM OUT OF OUR GARBAGE CANS - OUT OF OUR TRENCH LATRINES AND OUT OF OUR HAIR. THEY GREETED US WITH OPEN ARMS. OF COURSE WE WERE NEEDLESSLY CAUTIOUS EVEN CARRYING LIVE AMMO WHICH WAS JUST DEAD WEIGHT. WE TENTED ON THE BEACH FOR A MONTH WITH LITTLE WATER - HELMET BATHS ONLY.  I HAD MY FIRST SHAVE IN THREE WEEKS BY A PRETTY YOUNG GIRL BARBER WHO HAD TO SHARPEN HER STRAIGHT RAZOR SEVERAL TIMES. AND I AM STILL HERE WITH NO SCARS.
