NO. For beagles they are still young. I wouldn't worry about it till you get to the double digits.

YES>>> That is to old and if you didnt know that... you shouldnt even be thinking about breeding your dog... get her spayed, its better for her health and for the already over population of dogs...

and I doubt you do know what you are doing because you asked this question. Please get your dog neutered and not contribute to the pet-overpopulation epidemic!
