i want to own a cairn terrier{real} dog. i want him/her to accompany my other cairn terrier dog.

I have two rescued cairns.. both neutered females.They have been in fights.. but it is usually when I am around. I leave them alone in a big area.. kitchen& utility rooms.. with no problems. One is jealous of the other and the other one tolerates it until she has had enough....  grrrr...neither one will give up.. so it's scary when they get into a fight.. i just get between them and pull them apart... be careful!!!

I have an adorable Cairn sadly he has had 8 ops. in 8yrs all of which are down to inbreading I am sure Sadly it seems to be happening all to often in pets these days. So do take care when you buy. I love my little one to bits and he did come from a reputable home I hope you get one that is stronger than  mine. Luckily I have him insured but it still has cost me over £3.000 to date
