Almost everything I read on here was wrong. Don't drink vinegar unless you are trying to clean out amphetamines. THC will remain in your bloodstream for at long as it is in your fat cells. The THC is stored in fat cells, but can be released into the bloodstream, where they are can be lost more quickly. However, having a lot of THC in your bloodstream the day of the test is BAD, as that is also how it gets into the urine. The best course of action is get as much THC into the bloodstream as possible up until about 2-3 days before your test. And then you want to do the opposite, and make sure everything left in there stays in the fat cells. It might be better to wait up until maybe a day and a half to a day before to stop, but in my opinion better safe than sorry. Especially if you have a low body fat content to start with. A high fiber diet will help, as one type of metabolite is reabsorbed through the intestines and will bond with some binding acids in your crap. Vitamin Lecithin is supposed to help move THC from fat cells to the bloodstream. I also remember hearing something about using Lipotrophics. Very credible sources have also claimed that taking 3-4 Aspirin an hour before the test will interfere with an EMIT test (the less accurate and cheaper test, usually done first as a screen) and cant be detected. If you feel you need to dilute your sample to have any chance in hell, eat a lot of red meat for as many days as possible before the test, 3 days being the desirable minimum. Also, at least the day before and day of, take vitamin B-2 and B-12, often found in "B complex" I've also toying with an idea involving fasting, but I'm not sure if eating and consuming fatty substances is bad or good.

I'm in diversion classes for an MIP i got. I was a daily pot smoker up untill the time that I quit. I've been taking drug tests every 2 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and I still have traces in my system, and I cant get out of the class until i'm clean. I'm 6ft 210 lbs. Aparently i'm the slowest at getting rid of this thc that my group leader has ever seen. For over the last 2 weeks, it went down from 18 pts to 12, and i havn't been smoking at all. I exercize and drink water. Be ware, pot doesn't go away quickly for all people. I just bought a gallon of cranberry juice, and i have a week befor my next test were i hope to finaly be at zero so i can leave this f...ing class! Please tell me that cranberry juice does work, cuz it was like 7 bucks.

Regarding the magic mushrooms.... Although I'm uncertain as to the extent to which the armed forces administers their drug tests, I've never heard of a drug test that checks for psilocybin (the chemical found in psychoactive mushrooms). Also, if you've done the mushrooms about a year ago, I certainly don't think the psilocybin would show up anyway (mainly because your body works to expel it much as with THC). Of course, as some others have mentioned, hair folicle testing can calculate the likelihood of a participant taking certain (not all) drugs in the past. However, I've had more friends than one who joined the armed forces after using marijuana, LSD, mushrooms, and probably a few other things as well prior to enlisting. I don't think you should worry about it too much....except for the fact that they'll ask you under oath if you've ever done it! lol

I agree with the advice for cleaning out your system. I was a daily user of high potency stuff for 8 months straight. I cut back to weekends only by early 5/04. I last smoked on 6/6/04. I took Herbal Clean from GNC for 9 days starting 6/20/04. They advertise it as a 7 day thing, but include enough for 9 days (Don't waste your money -it's bogus!!) I followed their program, taking 3 pills @ 8:30 or 9am and 4 more around 7pm. For the 9 days I ate only albacore tuna w/fat free mayo, whole grain bread, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, peanuts & fruits. I drank @ least 7 gallons of water, a little cranberry and prune juices, but nothing else -no alcohol. I jogged, worked out & excercised like a madman to sweat my arse off (sweating bullets is more like it). After the third day on the Herbal Clean I couldn't poop hardly @ all -it caused me to get backed up. I got kinda scared. The second to last day I finally squeezed out a small loaf. I was back to normal after I stopped taking the pills. I tested negative on 7/3/04. Here's what I've learned. Don't take any detox stuff. They're all bogus. If you take a masker -it will show up! The only way to get it out is to STOP SMOKING & EXERCISE to speed your metabolism & eat lowfat or no fat & drink lots of water & cranberry. You want to poop a lot, but be careful of using laxatives -you can damage your body. I'm in good shape to start. I did lose a few pounds, but the important thing is that I passed the test. I found out that thc only stays in a normal body for about 30 days for regular users in fat their cells. If you smoke once or twice a week it takes about 15 to 20 days. If you've only done it once it's gone in a few days. Whatever the case, don't waste your money on pills -they don't work. Your body will expel thc on it's own through solid bowel movements, sweat and urinating. Good luck everyone!!

Marijuana stays in your system on average about a month. The amount of time it stays in your system depends upon the amount of body fat you have and how much and how often you smoke it. Drinking lots of water helps you get it out as well as a lot of exercise. But if you just smoked a big one, and your drug test is tomorrow, your going to need to do more. First off, stop smoking right away, things are already bad enough, then try to stay away from a lot of fatty foods and alcohol. Also, make sure you eat a lot of fiber. Non of this will guarantee that you pass the test but when it is combined with a cover up drink that you can often buy at your local head shop there will be no need for doubt. I can't say that every drink out there works, but I've gone through a situation like this and know that they do sell drinks that work. The drink I used had an incredibly high amount of fiber in it, like twelve time your daily value needed. If you follow the directions on the back of the drink you should pass. The fiber is what is responsible for hiding the evidence. Also make sure your drink comes with a guarantee on it that says if you don't pass you get your money back, because it cost around thirty dollars, so it better work.

i have a question, Im really mixed up, when your told to take a drug test does this also include alcohol? Isn't alcohol considered a drug? i had a drug test 2day but i drank about a 22oz of beer just yesterday and i urinated 4 times before i went for the test and was told i didn't have 2 worry but now Im wondering if i should be also its been about 42 days since Ive smoked weed but i took one pull on Mon. ive been drinking water constantly and two table spoons of vinegar ever since thinking that i did not have to take this test for another 3 weeks. are they gonna detect ne-thing?..... And i am not a heavy drinker or smoker.. Please Im really CONFUSED can some one help me out?

CANNABIS. The cannabis constituent that produces the high is called Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9-THC, widely known as THC.) Delta-9-THC enters the bloodstream rapidly after smoking (in minutes) or more slowly when ingested orally (20 minutes to 1.5 hours). It is rapidly metabolised into inert molecules known as metabolites. These chemicals also have the word Tetrahydrocannabinol in them and are called THC, which can be quite confusing. Delta-9-THC is detectable in the blood for a few hours, but none of this active chemical is found in the urine or stored in the fatty tissues such as the liver and brain. What is frequently described as THC'slingering in the body fluids and organs are metabolites of Delta-9-THC, the inert substances that the body disposes of in the urine and excrement, in much the same way as it disposes with Vitamin A. It is these that are detected in the body organs and urine, long after the effects of Delta-9-THC have worn off. These metabolites can linger more than 90 days in some cases. For occasional users, an average of 13 days was recorded. Some people had metabolites detectable for just three days; others found the substances still in the urine after up to 29 days. But a positive body fluid or hair test for cannabis does not mean that the person was under the influence of the substance, or impaired in any way at the time the specimen was collected. All it tells the tester is that the person may or may not have ingested cannabis in the recent past.

I agree that herbal clean doesn't work, I tried it and did it just as it instructed. I had gone 11 days with out herb and did 2 flushes and I failed it and lost a state good job. I am going to try again for the same job, it will be about 2 months smoke free when I retest. I'm 5'1 and 165lbs. so the fat cells are against me, I have and under active thyroid which doesn't help. my best advice is to quit long before you test. each body is different. I do have 1 question for the doctors kid, does flushing heavily right before testing just put more out of your system and into the urine? maybe that's the problem. I've only 'not passed' a drug test once. This was from a random drug test ( those assholes! ) at work. They tested me on the spot,said it was inconclusive, and said it needed to be sent to a Lab--I quit anyway. I smoke one hit every weekend. This test was 5 days later. Here's some more info : I use to smoke a hit a day. I quit for almost two weeks. I barely passed. By two weeks, it was gone. More info : twice, I had a couple hits on a Saturday. I took three 500 mg Niacin ( makes your skin itch ), half gallon of cranberry, and then a crapload of water, and a couple more niacins the night before the test-----passed. I'm getting tired of Niacin. I've all but quit, already. I hate society, now. I remember when it was cool.

to the person asking about the hair follicle test-- you're screwed. toxins store in the root of your hair so no amount of chemicals will save you. nor will shaving your head (if you've considered it) because if it's a court ordered hair test, like most will i would assume, they will require that your hair be of a certain length, JUST SO THEY CAN TEST IT! i have laughed throughout reading most of these entries and i have discovered that there are many, many, MANY uneducated pot smokers out there. i, too, have an upcoming drug test and i, too, am freaked out about. however, i know that i really don't have much of a chance aside from executing some of these ideas. i will be drinking water like a slave, exercising like a Weight Watchers queen and i will be doing all that i can to avoid detection. i wish u all luck!!

Hello, I can save most of you lots of grief.Water is all you need to dilute your urine to the minimal threshold to pass.I start drinking water 4-5 hrs before test.Pee several times til its clear.When you pee at test give mid stream pee after you started to pee.I am always nervous but have passed every ua.I have been puffing off&on for 23 years.ive got high same day and few days before a test it really doesnt matter.drink close to a half of gallon over 4-5 hrs.And 2hrs before test pop a couple vitaminC to give urine some color.I have got over on two of the biggest labs here in my city.So save your money and follow my advice you will pass.The main reason i know this works because i got stoned before i went to work at a hospital had a lab tech test my urine Failed.Drank 2400cc of fluid over 3hrs took him another sample i passed.Peace out keep Blazin it up.

I have just gotten in trouble for some big things and had to quit smoking, i have taken many u.a'sin my past and usually just diluted it, it had been about two weeks of being smoke free when i had to go talk to my P.O, i was not scared because i thought i was clean, i did not try to dilute this time because"for one i thought i was clean" also because he warned me and told me that he knows about me diluting my previous test. I did not pass the test ,my levels were about the same as two weeks ago, the only hint that i could give you would be to exercise frequently "the steam room works well also" and if are going to try to dilute your system make sure you give your body at least a day, to get back the vitamins and other essentials in your body so it looks normal, drink lots of water but the day before lay off or else they will know and bleach man keep that to yourself, you are going to make people sick p.s all you people out there worried about going down for drugs when you are getting medical work done, get real that is not their place and they wont say anything

Yea ive been takin probationary drug tests either once a week or every other week. Ive smoked blunts just a days before tests and PASSED!!! Im about 145 lbs. and know all the ways around the dreaded test. All u need to be sure u will pass, is a couple of days, (if ur not a fat ass) since thc metabolites stay in ur fatty lipid tisues. Is to, exercise for sure, drink cranberry juice because that is proven to work, vinigar is a bunch of bs that will make u vomit so dont do it!!! Also before the test drink lots of water, because that dilutes ur urine so theres less thc in it , and last but not least, take 4 asprins 1 to 2 hours prior to the test, that is proven to screw around with the EMIT urinalysis tests, so good luck and keep smokin. I pass these test all the time.

Even though no one had posted to this message board in a while heres my two cents. In my experience, if you only smoke once in a while don't sweet it just take like one or two niacin pills b4 you go to sleep like 2-3 days b4 you test, you should be fine. For heavy users lots of water stop for a couple of weeks, then one to two niacin pills each night for about a week b4, then take like 4 niacin the night b4 test. Make sure your ready to sleep b4 you take niacin though, especially in high doses because your skin will feel like it is on fire, and you will turn red. You will also itch. Niacin seems to cause the same symptoms as would an allergic reaction would. My experience only can not guarantee for everyone.

To Migman: I as well am enlisting in the armed forces, so I can tell you positively that they DO NOT use a spine tap. I know this to be true due to the fact that I have been researching this subject extensively through one of my friends who has a job giving drug tests. Practically NO ONE gives a spine tap due to the fact that you have a 20 percent chance of becoming paralyzed. If you truly haven't used mushrooms or pills in a year, you have absolutely NO WORRIES. You will pass. On the other hand, Marijuana stays in your system for a LONG TIME if you are a heavy user. I suggest quitting for at least one to two months before the test, factoring in your body weight & amount used. Water and exercise speed up the process, as well as products high in Citric Acid. Eating products low in fat also help, due to the fact that you are trying to rid your body of THC Infested fat cells. Hope I could Be of some Help.

This comes from the Oregon State University website, I found it while digging to see about how long I should have the THC in my system. Now I myself do not use but maybe at the most once a year, and am prior Air Force and smoked 2 months before getting tested from them, and I passed, since I do not use frequently, and am now going back in the service so it will be none at all, THC remains in my system for about 10-15 days. THC builds up in your system the more you smoke, have you ever noticed that when you smoke one day, and smoke the same stuff the next (Which I did as a teenager) that you get higher and higher every day? Now thats not a proven fact, just how it felt to me back then, but here is some helpfull information of the OSU website Drug Testing for Marijuana Unfortunately, there is no formula to compute how long it takes a person to rid their system of THC, the active and detectable ingredient in marijuana. There are only guidelines and even they are somewhat arbritrary. When Spot answers a specific question about how long it takes to be clean after a given amount of use, it's only an educated guess. 4 all ya'llhere it is. I have been a smoker all my life and will not quit. the true question is how bad do you want to pass? every U/A i'vetaken i have pased from government probation to local job. i will not smoke 3 days before and in that 3 days take 2,500mg of niacin a day with 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day. Niacin naturally speeds up the metabolism to breakdown fat cells. you will get hot flashes and dizziness aslong as your body is over toxified. This is why small amounts of Niacin is found in all of the foods you eat... Read the packages of food and you will be shocked... just be mindful not to eat foods high in saturated fat.. keep adding toxins to your system and you just make it worse...if you have only a few hours you need to take 10,000mg and a gallon of water and take the test with in 30 mins to an hour of drinking the water. it will come up as inconclusive, but remember the consuming to much water to fast will put you in to shock and you will be at the hospital having your stomach pumped. MIX 1 PART GREEN TEA(NO SUGAR OR ANYTHING) AND ONE PART 100! CRANBERRY JUICE. MAKE ABOUT TWO GALLONS OF IT IN ONE DAY AND YOU WILL BE CLEAN. IT WILL PROBABLY MAKE YOU POOP WATER, IT DID TO ME, BUT THAT IS A GOOD THING IN TRYING TO CLEAN OUT. YOU GET RID OF FAT CELLS MORE IN POOP. I FINALLY KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO PEE OUT OF A VAGINA, LOL! ANYWAY, YOU COULD JUST DRINK ONE GALLON OF 100! CRANBERRY JUICE (IT ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE 100!) IN ONE DAY AND YOU WILL BE CLEAN BY MORNING (IN MOST CASES(FAT OR SKINNY)). BOTH OF THEM HAVE ANTIOXIDANTS IN THEM AND THATS WHAT YOU NEED TO FLUSH OUT. alright alright adam. listen to me man. ok now i would just like to go off the record and tell you that that you're screw for your drug test. What if I told you that there was nothing you can or will ever be able to do and its never going to leave your system. I'm just joking about that, but there is nothing you can do to speed up the process within 2 weeks. All of these water tricks and vinegar and cranberry juice, it doesn't work. The only thing that speeds up the process is people freaking out. Yeah they might drink a lot of water, but the state of mind your in, being paranoid, really is doing it. You see the chemicals in your brain are off balance when you are worried or paranoid. Have you ever noticed when your worried about something you always feel like you forgot to do something. Therefore the chemicals are basically attacking the THC in your blood. So if you just keep thinking your going to fail the drug test and if you just find something to get worried about you'll be straight for that drug test. Alright adam i hope this information was good for you. Good Luck. If you still want to not have it show in your blood, just have a blood transfusion, you can do this by yourself, just open a main vein and borrow somebodys blood. This is what you do, cut your left AND right wrists, borrow somebodys blood, let on of your wrists hang and drain, while you poor that person (or animals) blood over your other wrist and you'll be straight. You might want to try this process several times just to make sure you did it right. Ok bye bye now- either way you choose- Good Luck.

Do not smoke at least a month before a test if you are a daily toker. Get as much exercise as you can handle (Run, run, run). THC is stored in your fat cells, so the quicker you burn them, the quicker you're clean. If you have fast metabolism, the week before a test do not exercise and eat lots of fast food and high fat/calorie meals so your body replaces stored fat with this new fat. Don't trust the pills and drinks they sell at head shops, most of them are detectable as drug screens, so you end up spending a lot of money and failing your test. However, I know a few people who go to clinics for drug abusers and pay $50+ for pills that will clean your system out if you take them for two weeks before a test. There is also a drink that will work if you drink it a couple of hours before a test, but you're only clean for a few hours. If a pill or drink guarentees that you'll pass or your money back, consider them but read the directions and follow them. Drink lots of antioxidants, which will clean out your blood stream and remove damaging cells. If you have a Safeway or Randalls in your area, go to the produce section and find the Odwalla juices. There is one type called Mo Beta, which contains antioxidants and also helps if you're sick. I usually drink two a day for a week before a drug test (after not smoking for 5 weeks and heavy exercising). Also there is a Micronutrient Odwalla with Wheatgrass, which I heard also helps. If you have a Jamba Juice or Smoothie King, they should sell shots of wheatgrass. The most important thing is to not smoke, for a couple of weeks before a test try to stay away from friends who toke, but second hand doesn't really cause a failed test unless you are in a situation like inside an enclosed car when it is getting smogged out with three blunts at once and you get tested the next day. Drinking water doesn't clean you out but it delutes your urine. "Healthy mountaineer pees clear." The day of your urinalysis test, don't submit your first urination of the morning since your body breaks down fat cells and toxins while you are asleep. Drink lots of water, but don't over dose (death is possible). Pee a few times and make sure it is clear, not thick yellow. When you do submit to the test, pee a little bit in the toilet before you pee in the cup, and also don't pee the last you have inside of your bladder into the cup. Most toxins tend to leave the body at the beginning and end of urinations. Becareful though, some places say they won't accept your sample if it is too diluted, try to have some color in it. After my first drug test, my probation officer told me my urinalysis was too diluted and some counties consider that a failed test. Legally, that's a lie, but he was testing me to see if I knew that diluting your sample was a screen for illegal drugs. I played dumb by saying that I exercise in the mornings and drink lots of fluids thoughout the day to stay hydrated. He believed my story so I was off the hook, when it could have been disastrious, like tests every visit. Just stay away from the sticky green, if you're on probation it is not worth getting bailed out of jail again, getting prison time or extended probation, and having to attend AA meeting every week. Marijuana can cost you more money than it costs to get high.

Hey Ive been a Police Officer for 4 Years now. I Smoke 1 to two ounces of weed a week. This is the best advice you will ever get. We get tested regularly twice a month and random tests. I always drink lots of water and run 4 times a week and lift weights and eat different foods that eat away at fat and take multi vitamins every day. As well as i try to drink tomato juice once a day and i have still no traces in my system so if you will be getting tested regularly thats your best bet it works for me. But don't take this as 100% fact because i cant say it will work on everyone. And i am also quitting to soon because i realized i like my career more then my habit. Thats my advice for you guys so ill talk to you soon and lol stay out of trouble.

for people who dont smoke constantly (Like Everyday) Drink, Take, Exercise Whatever Makes u Urinate alo. Normally u can take and Herbal Clean Liquid and Urinate all that THC out of ur system. All that stuff does is make u Urinate like 10 -15 times in an hour but take a day or two before test so all the THC gets out. If grapejuice, water, tea, pickle juice, etc. makes u urinate like this Herbal Clean then it works but i would think youd have to drink alot. the only thing that has worked for me was herbal clean while exercising ur arse off. besides i was on color code for probation and on the color black (drop a urine test like one to three to three times a week) for a year and this is what i did and it work as long as u dont smoke alot(Everyday) But my best advise is to just quit smokin and naturally clean system in 30-36 days deppending of how much u weigh and ur metabolism. as for a hair sample THC stays in hair for at least a year deppending on how much u smoke. But ill tell u this i quit smoking for 35 days and i was a smoker like every 4 to 5 hours id smoke a blunt didn't take nothing do nothing just quit smokin and i have a high metabolism and weigh abou 115 and 5'10' and i still had traces in my system so if your a bigg time smoker then work ur arse off and try every thing but using bleach (Dumbass) the more body fat u have the longer it takes to clean out no matter what u do deppending on how much u smoke But always read what u are taking if u take someting cause it could hurt u longterm. hey guys, i was a frequent use but i found out that i have to take a drug test soon b/c my mom got me medical insurance and she said that im gna have a check up and that theyre also going to drug test me through my urine and blood.... from what i hear blood gets outta your system quicker... ive been taking 500 mg niacin pills (not everyday tho), i drink cranberry juice (also not daily), i drink lots of water, i sweat a lot during my p.e. class, i pee as often as i can, and i drank a bunch of beers n stuff the other night... there isnt an exact date on the drug test but it can be anytime within a week to a month tops... i havent smoked for about 2 weeks now, i weigh about 190 lbs and im 6"1 and a half or so... im not fat, mostly muscle... i need to know how much more time i would need for it to be out of my system... please send me an email ( thrice11@hotmail.com ) or instant message me on AIM ( breakdown1989 ) ... i'd appreciate any advice

Look don't listen to old wives tales. Bleach,niacin, Cranberry juice, even detox are gimmicks. Fat breaks down THC. Ive never seen anyone that hasn't used in 30 day ever fail. Tests have cutoff limits. Yes it may still leave trace amounts but will not trigger a positive result. People who claim they failed after 30 days of sobriety weren't sober the 30 days. Thats why parole officers wait exactly 30 days to give tests to people who fail for THC when on parole. The detox products tell you to drink excess amounts of water, thats what gets people to pass their tests, the water not the pills. And yes the tests can be unreliable, if you fail demand a second test if it has been past 30 days of smoking. I work for a juvenile court office and heard kids drinking bleach because of what they've read from people who don't really know. no matter how long or how much you smoke 30 days will pass you, or luck if you smoked within 30.

I am a medical doctor in Atlanta, Georgia. The only thing to get weed out of your system is to stop smoking it. Yes Pickle Juice, Cranberry Juice, Ginsing, Tomato Juice, and Green Tea all help to lower THC in your system, but you will still have traces of it. No body stated that none of these products work if you have a high fat or high sugar diet. The natural way is drink a lot of water, get pleanty of exercise, sleep, and eat healthy. And to the person who said drink bleach, I will be seeing you soon. That is the dunbest stuff I have ever heard. If you have to and I mean you are really deaparate go to General Nutrition Center and get Herbal Clean; when you take it you can't eat any high fat products like chocolate, sugars, and fried foods. Follow the program for 72 hrs and you will pass the test. But no product can clean your system of THC it just skrews up the test. Good Luck

It really saddens me to read all these accounts of drug use. I do not smoke pot or anything else. But on the other side, my spouse is a user. His use has absolutely destroyed our family. He started using once or twice a week at first. It gradually increased to daily use and then became out of control. He started smoking all day, everyday. He of course progressed on to using cocaine (smoked it with his marijuana) and abusing alcohol. He lost jobs consitantly,and no longer had life with his family. (including his two baby boys) Now,his childern don't even know him and last I saw him he moved in with some of his "smoking buddies" as I call them and lives on the street basically, going from hit to hit. So if you think that the use of marijuana or any other drug is a casual or non harmful thing, you've got another thing coming. Everyone always talks about the harmful things that drugs do to one's person, but no one ever talks about the harmful things it does the other person or persons in their lives.

There are a number of factors involved in a testing procedure and unfortunately the answer to your question is considerably more complicated than applying a strict formula according to what drug has been ingested and how long it has been since the last exposure. In addition everyone is different and no two people are physically the same in terms of retention. Having said that there are some generalities regarding drug testing and retention and I will attempt to cover those and explain them where necessary: Drug tests detect drugs as well as metabolites. Metabolites are the byproducts of a substance after it has run its course through your system. To determine whether you will pass a drug test or not, it is important to know how much of the illicit metabolites are in your urine (assuming this is a urine test) and how much is tested for, the latter being entirely out of your control and having a great bearing on whether or not you will pass or fail. Where Tetrahydracannabinol (THC in marijuana) is concerned there is just too much human variation to even approximate how long it can be detected in the urine of an individual. The half-life of THC ranges between 0.8 to 9.8 days. THC tends to store in fatty tissues of the organs so infrequent users with a fast metabolism (low body fat) will have the shortest detection time. Frequent users with a slow metabolism will have longer detection times simply by virtue of the fact that they use more often and have more storage space (fat) for the metabolites. The only reasonable way to estimate a detection time is to consider the lower and upper bounds, which is roughly 3 to 30 days in most individuals though rarely some chronic users have tested positive in excess of 30 days. Generally speaking however, if you smoke marijuana today and you get tested tomorrow, chances are you will fail the test. If you are an infrequent user with a relatively fast metabolism and you smoke marijuana ONE TIME today only to take a test 5-7 days later, the likelihood that you will pass the test is indeed much greater. On the other hand, if you are an infrequent user and you smoke an extraordinary quantity of especially potent marijuana, lets say, over a period of 24 hours one weekend and then face a test 5-7 days later your chances of passing the test decrease dramatically. There�s no way really to predict pass or fail odds on any person much less the population at large; there are simply too many factors to consider (degree of intoxication, rate of your metabolism, tolerance, frequency of intake, fluid intake, amount of marijuana, potency of marijuana, and length of time you've been a user, height, weight age, body mass, gender, etc). As I said though in order to establish �some� type of consistency the general rule of thumb is that 30 days is a safe span of time to purse traces of marijuana from your system for almost all people and 3 days is safe for a few who partake only occasionally. It is also important to know that if your employer is testing for 50ng/ml or greater or if the employer is looking for a much smaller cutoff. In other words, the general rule of thumb may not apply in a situation where an entity is testing for 10ng/ml because this is virtually a negligible level while 50ng/ml is the most commonly used test. Suffice it to say that in the explanation I have provided, this 30-day period is recommended in order to insure that one�s metabolism has time to purge his system to an acceptable level of 50ng/ml. A more sensitive test of course would require more time, but fortunately these more sensitive tests are extremely rare and not commonly used by most civilian industries. How can you speed up the process? Don�t use drugs. This is a given, but since it is probably not practical in your case you should greatly limit these indiscretions as mush as possible and when you do smoke, don�t binge. In short, if you feel you must do it, be responsible otherwise and practice self-restraint. Increase your metabolism. Physical activity will speed up your metabolism and help eliminate the traces of drugs in your system. There is nothing about this that unnaturally hides the fact that you are a drug user, but in reality it actually helps to physically purge your system of the drug. You can also increase your metabolism by taking on a high calorie diet in conjunction with increased physical activity. Some experts say that consuming mass quantities of high calorie food will temporarily increase one�s metabolic rate by up to 10 percent, but of source this is not necessarily a healthy approach for the long terms because it can cause heart disease, obesity and a number of other problems. Basically what I am saying here is that if you are �dirty� stop smoking, exercise with intensity, and eat big and drink lots and lots of water until your test. Finally, if you feel that you are jeopardy of failing a test you can always test YOURSELF first. It is fustrating, but time is the ONLY way to clear your system of THC. None of the so-called detoxing agents, drinks, pills or anything really works. I wasted almost a thousand dollars on all sorts of products and none of them worked. I weigh only 135 and I had home tests I got from the drug test company here in my town. It has been 2 weeks and still i am positive for THC. Sorry to say folks, but until our government realizes that the one drug that does not affect most jobs is the one that stays in your system the longest, you'll have to get someone else's pee. It sucks because all the true harsh drugs like cocaine and PCP..etc can be detoxed in days! I feel it is a consipiracy, but it is the world we live in. Remember if you know you smoked Pot in the last 30-60 days, just don't get the job, don't test, cause if you test positive, you won't be able to get the job. The reason is that the insurance companies won't allow you to be employed, even if your boss knows that pot isn't that bad. Don't let it be on record, just turn it down and get clean in a few months. first off, most physicals are only testing for defects in your urinary tract, not for drug use, if ur getting one for a job, this may be different, but if u r just a kid getting one for sports etc. they don't test for drugs unless specifically asked by ur parents. secondly, if you only inhaled like 4 times in your life, don't fret, it will b cleared with regular exercise and water in a few days tops, no matter how much fat u have, however, hairtests can show traces of drug use from up to 7 years. the best and only way to make sure your absolutly clean for a test is to quit, trust me, i used to smoke everyday, i'vestopped now b/c it just messed up my memory and thoguht process, i'vebeen clean for a few years now and im still feeling the effects of what marijuana did to my mind. don't believe all this junk about home remedies b/c the truth is, most of them don't work, you need to sweat it out and drink lots of water, it doesn't clear ur system, but it may help speed things up a bit, i, however, am not making any promises to any of you, all i say is if u truly are worried about things like tests, then quit smoking, sorry to all of you that live by the claims made by sum of the ppl on this site, but vinager and cranberry juice and niacin, and certainly not bleach (that would eat away at your insides...deffenitly don't do that) dont work for everyone, sure, it may have worked for a few, but the fact is, not everyone can rid their systems as fast as others

A few years back I went through a job interview process where, at the very end, they said, "Oh, by the way, you'll have to take a drug test in 5 days, and we've already got it sceduled." I was a heavy daily toker .... from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed -- for at least 3 years. A stone-cold head. I read about lecithin ... took it daily and drank at least a half-gallon of water a day ..... 5 days later i showed up for the test. They let me take it in private and the sink in the bathroom worked .... I ran the water until it felt like it was the same temp as my fingers. I peed into the cup, then added just a little of the warm water, just in case. All I can tell you is that I paased the test and got the job. One last note, I've read that you shoud pee a little in the toilet first because the first part has the highest concentration, then hit the cup only as much as needed, then finish in the toilet. FWIW.

After reviewing most of these answers.. I'd say it just depends. IF you're not going to exercise and drink lots of water, it's going to take 24-30 days no matter what the circumstances are. I don't think drinking bleach (the guy who wrote that was obviously feeling malicious) And although maybe it worked for one guy, I'm doubting pickle juice would help that much.. i mean wouldn't that dehydrate you, and kind of negate the purpose in drinking lots of water? All of this of course is quite scary for me.. i have a drug test tomorrow for a job i really need. I used to be a regular smoker but now it's more like once a month and i'm guessing it's only been 28 days or so.. I'm tall and skinny my diet is marginal, I play too much world of warcraft to exercise and I absolutely hate water. :P But i figure if I drink a lot of water today, it can't possibly hurt as long as all the added fluids are out of my system, and if I limit my drinking to the amount any normal healthy person is supposed to drink. 8 cups is it? Anyway, I'm guessing if you want to pass a drug test, dont smoke marijuana. It's cruel. Keep fighting for legalization/move to Amsterdam or Oregon. -good luck all-

Hi! I used to smoke everyday until I got popped with a drug test for a misdeamenor. I have to tell you, do not spend your money on those herbal pills. It's a waste of money! I have been smoking everyday from morning to night-like 3 to 4 joints a day. The only thing that is going to get the THC out of your system is exercise, sweating it out, drinking water and just not smoking! I have been clean for 3 weeks and took a drug test at home and I am still showing up positive. If you have to take a drug test where they require a hair sample, there is nothing that you can do. On the hair sample drug tests, anything and everything that you have ever done will show up. If anyone knows what I can do to test negative by next week, please let me know. Keep in mind that I have been a regular smoker for over 10 years now and it has only been 3 weeks that I have stopped smoking all together. Please help!!!! By the way, I have heard that bleach works but who wants to risk dying from drinking bleach?!! That is such an extreme and stupid answer to this problem!

I think that all that smoke weed should continue to smoke. It's good for u and it makes me feel good , unless u get some Ruddy pooh(bush,dirt,backyard bugy,or simply bad weed).If ur going to smoke, make sure it the best,if not severe headaches may take place. another thing if u have a test to past have a non-smoker to urine in a condom and PROPERLY SECURE THE URINE,the urine must be body temp. in order for this to work (males the perfect place is under the balls but make sure it's PROPERLY SECURE to avoid being caught,females inside the vagina is the best place to store the urine,both places meet the requirements of the body temp. rule)failure is not an option,it will work.!!!!!!!CONGRATULATION'S!!!!!!!

yer im 16, 5'10 and quite skinny with a fast metabolism, i stopped smoking it 4 days ago an smoke about a 1/4 of resin a week for like the last year, i got a blood test in like 12 days an imenglish so we cant buy those pills that sposed 2 detox ya so will all that exercising an drinkin water, tea, vinegar pickle juice etc. actually work or is it all drama? fuk it im gonna take evry precaution there is : heres the ones i think might work: 2 tps vinegar a day eat unmade jelly 3-4 hours before test take 3-4 aspirin 3-4 hours before the test eat as much red meat as possible high fibre diet day before and day ov test take vitamin B cranberry juice pickle juice dont drink as much the day before Ginsing 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 drop of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt mixed in a glass of tea Eat healthy foods rest and relax the day before the test sweat as much as possible 2 litres ov water a day any more suggestions, fukkin cheers wellaye.

I have only read a few good answers on here. I have a friend who was on probation and had a drug test once every two or 3 weeks and he would smoke after every test and pass the next one with flying colors. His secret is simple and it works for me. All you have to do is drink excessive amounts of water everyday till your test and work out excessivily so you are dripping sweat for a while. This will help flush your system, and if you wanted to be absolutely sure to pass buy a body detoxifier something that will cleanse your kidneys of all toxins. The detox would be for the excessive smoker, if your a first timer it will be out of your system in less than a week. It all depends on your metabolism rate on how fast your system is completely clean. If your a bit chunky it will be harder to get clean and if your a twig like me you dont have much to worry about. Thats all to you guys and good luck with your tests.

Listin to all you people, Drug tests sometimes fail or Pass. I passed 4 outta 6 I was a heavy drug addict Speed/cocaine/ecstacy/mush/acid and of course weed. For weed. All I can say is The crannberry juice worked 3 times. What dumbass tells people to drink bleach! It burns it's toxic.. like wth! And it also depends or your weight and hieght I'm 5'3 98 pounds. I popped speed 3 days before my drug test and that didn't show up. So who knows and I'm actually on it right now. PEOPLE I JUST SUDJEST STOP ALL DRUGS!!!! You get dependent on it. causes anxiety and other problems. I mean I started all these drugs cause of weed. Now I quit the weed and everything but speed. STOP! and Tea.. It's tricky to say It wasn't green tea I drank. crannberry apple zinger. MMmmm!

Everyone has no clue what they are talking about. you cannot take anything that will clean your system. the only reason detox drinks work is because they are full of diuretics which cause you to urinate quicker and more which causes you to dilute your urine making thc unreadable. right after that short period of time thc will end up back in your urine because it is stored in your fat tissues. your fat tissues release remaining thc into your blood stream and from your blood stream it goes into your urine. also thc does not stay in your system half as long as youd think. for an occasional user (twice a month) it can be gone within a day to two days (especially if you run alot and have a high calarie intake). marijuana can stay in your system alot longer though depending on how much has saturdated your body. frequent users will have a much harder time for the thc metebolites to leave your body. thats when it can take a week or two weeks to leave your system. only in chronic users with a low metabolism would it actually take the full month in which is the max. sometimes it is reported two months. this is probably true if you are an obese lazy bastard who smokes everyday. i recomend you go to erowid.com to the section on marijuana and then download the thc calculater which will tell you based on your body fat height weight and amount smoked. basically it depends on the person but if you are an average health height and weight and only smoke a occasionally (like three times a month) it should be out of your system max within a week. probably no longer then 4 days. if you work hard with excersize it will decrease the time period alot.

For guys to pass a test, the best results are buy faking the test with some other guys urine, do this buy getting hold of a jock strap that holds a baseball cup(something you can put in your crotch), girls could do the same thing or pad your bra and hide it in there. Get the buddy urine in a condom by straping the codom around the top of the bottle and fill 1/3 of the bottle. BUT warm the urine up before you leave your house in the bottle in steam water in your sink. Kind of sick hu, but you have got to do what ya got to do. Warm it up to over 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and should stay at body temp for up to 30 min. give or take a few min. Worked for me in getting a job and to prefect it even better, get some hand warmers that hunters and athletes use, u can find them in Wal-mart and such stores.

yo...im an athlete in a division one school...i have been smoking pot since like my second semester at school since i was a freshman ...now I'm a sophmore and its nov...i have smoked like 3-4 times a week over the summer and this past 2 weeks i have gotten high like 5 times a week...one of my girls on the team told on me and i am getting drugged tested right b4 Christmas break...im getting a second chance to stay in school and play my sport...im working out( like running miles and abs and basically anything to burn fat) I am eating healthy and drinking nothing but water and sometimes cranberry juice....I just pray it gets out....i'll let u all know how it goes

It all depends on many factors i.e., your weight, how long you've been smoking, potency of gear, how good your metabolism is and your fitness play a part as well. So as you can see, it�s hard to tell an individual how long it will take to get clean. If you've been using for a long time, it doesn't mean that you will have the longest detection time. A long time user can be clean in a week or two because their body metabolism is used to getting rid of the THC Metabolites quicker than say an average user. The only way to get THC Metabolites out of your system quicker is to exercise to speed up your metabolism, or to eat high carb food, which also speeds up metabolism. And the only way to tell if you are clean is to purchase a home test kit.

I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but I'll tell you anyway. I'm so stressed about my stupid test that I'm having heart pains! Anyway, I smoked about 5 times a week for about a month then got slapped with a drug test within 48 hours. I went to GNC and spent $50 on a bottle of fruit punch flavored skunk tasting nasty water. My drug test came out diluted and now I have to do it all over again. So, if you do take the drink route, BE SURE NOT TO DRINK TOO MUCH WATER ON THE DAY OF YOUR TEST. Also, you are supposed to take it at least 30 minutes ahead. Well, here's some more advice. Take it a couple of hours ahead, because my pee came out fluorescent yellow (which is an indicator that you took that stuff).

I'm in year 9 at the best school in the county, they are now starting to sort out drugs test for everyone, there are alot of people in my year and the 2 years above me that smoke pot, infact i can bet my life that in the past 3 days over 500people in my school have smoked, im not bothered i can blame my doctor, i mean there a different pills i have to take and mixing 3 of them gives the same effect as smoking, so im all clear no matter what happens. My cousin, has been on anything illegal for the past 20 years i now have a cousin that has cerebral palsy from the drugs, i always said i would never get caught up with drugs, but it happens, i was at a house party weekend about a week ago and i blacked out and whitied and everything, since then i've been gettin pot of my ex boyfriend and having sex with my best mates brother, all in secret, this was all down to the smoking...i regret it, but its great. I know this isn't exactlly answering the questioned but i no other peoples stories can help you to realise what your really doing to yourself. Xx K xX

alright i am on probation.. i use to be an everyday smoker,now i smoke every once in a while..but i have had about 4 urine test along with a hair folical... past them all...the reason of my hair follicle was bc i violated for not goin to probation ...so they took my hair folical after about 2 weeks...in the mean time i excersised daily..and after 3 years of constant smoking i passed the hair folical..the hair folical wont pick up everyone once in a while use...but the urine or blood test will pick it up ...so what i do to pass mine and i smoke once a week sometime twice sence i have been on probation...i exercise everyday and drink lots of water esp. before i take my test ...and if its possible for a mid drift urine sample do it.

Almost everything I read on here was wrong. Don't drink vinegar unless you are trying to clean out amphetamines. THC will remain in your bloodstream for at long as it is in your fat cells. The THC is stored in fat cells, but can be released into the bloodstream, where they are can be lost more quickly. However, having a lot of THC in your bloodstream the day of the test is BAD, as that is also how it gets into the urine. The best course of action is get as much THC into the bloodstream as possible up until about 2-3 days before your test. And then you want to do the opposite, and make sure everything left in there stays in the fat cells. It might be better to wait up until maybe a day and a half to a day before to stop, but in my opinion better safe than sorry. Especially if you have a low body fat content to start with. A high fiber diet will help, as one type of metabolite is reabsorbed through the intestines and will bond with some binding acids in your crap. Vitamin Lecithin is supposed to help move THC from fat cells to the bloodstream. I also remember hearing something about using Lipotrophics. Very credible sources have also claimed that taking 3-4 Aspirin an hour before the test will interfere with an EMIT test (the less accurate and cheaper test, usually done first as a screen) and cant be detected. If you feel you need to dilute your sample to have any chance in hell, eat a lot of red meat for as many days as possible before the test, 3 days being the desirable minimum. Also, at least the day before and day of, take vitamin B-2 and B-12, often found in "B complex" I've also toying with an idea involving fasting, but I'm not sure if eating and consuming fatty substances is bad or good.

I am really sorry to inform all of you that want good news. It just depends an your system. I have to go to the 1/2 way house because I ate 3 brownies 2 1/2 month's ago and it is still coming out of my system. I tested 6 times in the last 2 1/2 month's 3 were negative and 3 were positive.... needless to say the 3 that were positive were the reason I have to go to Jail. When I first was tested I was 5'5 180 the last positive I was 155 5'5. I feel it does stay in your fat and if you lose weight it comes out with the fat and your screwed just like me. I hadn't had any contact with any drug in any form since the day I ate the brownies, and I still have to go to jail... also no one will believe you... oh and the last test that came back positive I went to another clinic to get tested 1 hr later that one came up negitive...it still didn't matter. your best bet if you are in the court system make your own food and if some one want to smoke make them leave while they do it...DON'T BE AROUND IT... I WORK 2 JOB AND AM A STRAIGHT A STUDENT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!! they won't believe you because your body doesn't filter the same as the majority

There are a lot of variables involved and that makes it difficult to project exactly how long the drug will remain detectable in a particular individual. My child admitted to using drugs a week ago, but I got a negative result. Why? Most drugs are eliminated from the body within a few days, with the exception of chronic marijuana use. If your child admitted to using marijuana, and he or she is not a chronic smoker (everyday), the drug was likely already cleared from the body prior to the test. btw..for those of you suggesting that someone bring a different urine sample with you, IT DOESNT WORK. urine samples should be between 90 and 100 degrees. the drug tests check the temperature of the urine. if the sample is not within that range, they know it has either been "altered" or that it is not your sample.

everyone that has posted on here should take an IQ test to make sure they aren't retarded. Pickle juice, vinegar, BLEACH? The average person replenishes the fat cells in their body every 72 days. Meaning if you smoke on day 1 on day 72 you still have a trace, it would be below the threshold of most tests though. Best advice i have to offer is to not smoke, drink lots of water, workout and eat well before your test. Everyone is different. If your in a really bad situation buying a detox drink would be a good idea. Most of these drinks work by not letting THC leak into your blood, which then is filtered by the kidneys to be excreted in urine. If all the THC is in your fat, no urine test will work. Above all be aware that smoking pot is not good in the first place being why it is illegal. Anyone making an argument that pot is not bad clearly has problems.

Listen, how long cannabis takes depends alot on the potency, if you smoke swag, it isn't that hard to cover. DON'T buy maskers from head shops they can test for that and if you have tried to change your urine it's an instant fail, so don't get caught with chemicals in your pee that ain't suppose to be their, for like Kid's with angry parents and the dinky home test, just put two drops of bleach in the sample cuz they just dip a stick into it. Don't drink Bleach or any hazardous Chemicals, not only could you die it don't work. Jello has an ingredient Known as benzymite. This keeps any thing in your fat cells out of your blood. Urine is a product of Blood. ... Get it. Drink jellow a day before the test, one pack will do it but more couldn't hurt depending on how big a paranoid kid you are. You can't drink it in it's gelled form because that means the benzymite has already acted. You want to drink it liquid and don't eat anything for at least an hour. Listen guys, I am a heavy marijuana user. I have spent the last ten years of my life around drug users, sellers, etc. I am a doctor, as well. I graduated from a MCV in Va. There are many things I have found wrong with this forum. To begin with, tests do NOT test for THC, they test for the material in your body that breaks it down. It is impossible to flush this out by drinking ANYTHING over a stretch of time. The only solution is hyper-saturating yourself with water directly before a test. This is how to do this: 3 hours prior to the test, take several vitamin B tablets. This will color the urine yellow. Drink 8 glasses of water 1 hour later, drink 8 glasses of water 1 hour later, drink 8 glasses of water, and a large container of Gatorade. the Gatorade adds to the necessary salt content in your body. TAKE ANOTHER FEW VITAMIN B TABLETS. Throughout this time, simply urinate whenever you have the urge (this should be about once every 5 minutes. If it isn't, increase the amount you drink) There are also other tricks you can use, depending on the test. If you are certain the test is simply a cheap screening, take 4 aspirin 2 hours prior to the test. If it is a more expensive test (for the military, usually) then do NOT take aspirin. It will be seen in the results. Drinking water days or weeks before a test is useless, it simply causes unnecessary discomfort. Red meat also has little to no affect. Vinegar does NOTHING when drank, but can be used to trick a test. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ADDING VINEGAR, however. Nearly all drug tests check Ph value, and vinegar ruins this. If you weigh more than 2000 lbs, and smoke daily for 100 years, the longest marijuana can stay in your system is 30 days. Try not to take a test sooner. Good luck.

FIRST OF ALL "DON'T SMOKE POT" MY SON WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THE PERFECT JOB. I SPENT A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY ON HOME DRUG TESTS AND OMNI CLEAN. DAY OF TEST, HIS HOME TEST WAS NEGATIVE. PRE-EMPMLOYMENT LAB TEST WAS INVALID. I BELIVE THAT WAS BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE WATER HE DRANK WHICH DEFINATLEY CHANGED EXPECTED LAB RESULTS AND THE OMNI CLEAN WAS PROBABLY DETECTABLE. BECAUSE THE PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN WAS INVALID, HE GETS TO TAKE IT AGAIN IN TWO DAYS. DID ANOTHER HOME TEST TONIGHT AND IT WAS POSITIVE. I THINK HE CAN KISS THIS JOB GOOD-BYE BECAUSE I DON'T BELIEVE ANY AMOUNT OF WATER OR DETOX IN GOING TO CLEAR HIM UP IN TWO MORE DAYS. BY THE WAY, HIS IS 6'1 AND 250 POUNDS. Would smoking weed everyday for about 2 and a half years increase my blood pressure? i smoke about 3-4 grams each day during the week and usually like 6-11 grams on weekends. i weigh 135 and am about 5'8" and in fairly good shape. When i went to get my physical last summer my doctor said my blood pressure was a little high for me. last week the school nurse called my mom and and she got my blood pressure and it was still high so i went back to the doctor and it was still high. They had me give blood and urine with a 2 days notice so there was no way for me to clear out my system. The doctor doesn't know i smoke and I'm not planning on letting him know but he was talking about something being wrong with my kidneys. could smoking be the cause of all this?

I had a month after being an almost daily user to clear up and I barely passed the test. Here is a rough guide to determining how long you will take to clear marijuana. A)metabolism "rate"/weight 4- fastest, 100lbs 4.5- faster, 120lbs 5- fast, 140lbs 5.5- above average, 160lbs 6- average, 180lbs 6.5- below average, 200lbs 7- slow, 220lbs 7.5- slower, 240lbs 8- slowest, 260lbs B)frequency/quality 1- Once, lower quality 2- Once/Twice a month, lower quality Once, upper quality(hydroponic) 5- Weekly, lower quality Once/Twice a month, upper quality 7- Multiple times weekly, lower quality Weekly, upper quality 8- Daily, lower quality Multiple times weekly, upper quality Multiply A and B and if it is under 20, add 5. If it is over 30, subtract 5. Cut-off is pretty much 45.

By the way, all the talk of substances is bull spit. Water doesn't help unless its the day of the test. Detoxes don't work. Exercise gets rid of fat (where THC is stored). Since fat is non-soluble in water, water does nothing... BUT it does dilute your fat content in your urine. Do your best to dispose of fat cells (some in the vital organs can not be forced out). A week before the test start fating up with some THC free fat. This will cause the amount of fat with THC in it to reduce. Stop working out about 2-3 days before the test because you may still be secreting fat in your urine. Always take some B vitamins too to yellow your urine. In lab tests if you want to dilute your urine with water, increase creatine intake (as the guy said above). Use someone else's urine that you have kept warm (MUST BE WARM). Drop a pubic hair in the cup, unclean samples are sometimes rejected. If forced to take an at-home test that you know you will fail... -drop a few drops of bleach in it -put some toilet water in it (not too much, you may screw up the temperature) -prepare, prepare, prepare. Plant bleach in your bathrooms, put a visine bottle with bleach in it in your underwear, anything.

If you never smoked before it takes about 3-5 days depending on the person and if you smoke again after the first time it stock piles(for example(3days)if you smoke Tue for the first time then smoke Thur you have 5-6 days and every time you smoke it adds 3-5 days, once you start smoking everyday for a week your done for it takes a month to 40 days. Water does help, i have used niacin it sucked you whole body turns red and itches however that does clean out your blood not your fat cells so you need 200mg of niacin about 12 hours before your test. Thus cleaning your bloodstream which is where your urine gets the THC. Those are the only things that worked for me and i have been on probi and for jobs and i smoked everyday for like 3 years now just occasionly but i used to be a true stoner.

i have to have a drug test done and i am trying to get my son back and i don't know what to do i don't even know when i get the test done they are just going to show up so i am trying everything i also read that exercise increases the amount of THC metabolites in the urine; so quit exercising a week before the test be lazy and eat big. this will help put the body in an anabolic fat-storing stage . At this point the buried THC metabolites won't escape into the urine. also eating red meat will boost creatine levels. drink at least 8 glass's of water just prior to the test . water does not clean any THCmetabolites out of your systembecause THC is not water soluble water only dilutes urine temporarily.

about the drug test........ i smoked everyday for 6 yrs. then stopped cuz i got put on probabtion then smoked a month ago once then a couple weeks ago then last week. i take a drug test 2 times a week. heres what i did i drink lots of water, take a stacker 3 once every other day. also go to walmart in the camping section theres these 2 lil brown bottles called portable aqua you put a couple tablets in a 20 oz bottle of water and it turnes yellow then you put the second tablets in and it turns it back clear then drink it one hour before testing you will have to pee alot, you can tell when its working cuz it looks like you are peeing water. then go pee, and you pass!!!! for everything. that works. i have never failed one .

I've been doing a lot of research. lately, as I recently applied for a job that WILL test...now, I've been smoking regularly...and I mean REGULARLY for about 12 years straight...(like all day every day regularly)...here's what I've learned...habitual smokers actually (believe it or not) get rid of thc from their systems faster than an occasional user, as your body builds up a tolerance...high metabolisms also help remove THC faster, so it's recommended that you exercise a lot, and avoid fatty/greasy foods...coffee has recently been proven to have more anti-oxidents then any other food or beverage in america (even more than green or white tea) and speeds up the metabo by quite a bit...thc stores itself in your fat cells, so, if you're fat, well...good luck...cranberry juice will not really flush your system any faster than water, but does contain important vitamins that will help keep your urine from being crystal clear...(something testers see as a red flag)...vitamins b2 and b12 are also important and useful for keeping your urine "colorful"...one should not put the beginning or end or their urination in the cup, shake a few streams then fill... aspirin does in fact mess with tests, so take a few the morning of.. I'm 6 foot and 140 pounds, little to no body fat, and a high metabo...I drink lots of coffee...I've recently taken to biking for a minimum of 20-30 minutes a day to keep the metabo up, as well as a minimum of 8-16 oz glasses of water each day...plus a daily multi-vitamin, and at least 3 cups of coffee and a few glasses of green tea a day...I've read it could take me anywhere from 3-30 days to clean my system out...oh yeah, the more potent the herb, the longer it stays, so if you've been buying nug, watch out, it likes to stick around longer... hope this clears things up for anyone interested, just typing it all out has leveled me with an air of relief... good luck to you all...

THC has a half life between 0.8 to 9.8 days, but the amount of time to actually purge the system varies greatly. Contributing factors are both personal (height, weight, metabolism, age, etc) and based on the Marijuana used. I.E. The better the smoke, the longer it will stay. If you are a casual smoker.. it will probably take between 3-14 days. Someone that has low body fat and smoke rarely SHOULD be okay within a week, but again a clear cut answer isn't possible. If you smoke often, give yourself at least 30 days. It is pretty rare that someone tests positive after 30 days of abstinence. I only know of a few proven cleaning methods and they are as follows: Drink lots of Water Exercise Take in extra calories when exercising Bleach does NOT work! And quite frankly, that is just plain idiotic. If you want to drink cranberry juice or pickle juice. Have at it. It certainly won't hurt you.

I know this is an old thread but i shall stick my 2 pence in anyway. Apart from listening to "AWindowPane" (it is very very good advice) You have to consider where in the interview process the test is (assuming thats why your here). If it is the very first stage then see AWindowPane's advice but if it is towards the end or at the very end of your interview proccess (so you have pretty much got the job unless you fail the drug test) then sabotage the test by drinking too much water eating lots of red meat, you want your urine to be as untestable as possible but it to seem like you couldn't have known (so don't go adding things to your urine after you have "expelled" it). Hopefully when the test comes back they will not be able to test it and you will have to produce another one. But the time between sending it away and the results comming back can be 7-10 days plus they have to scedule another test. There by buying you another 10-15 days or so. IF the tests ever come back positve then argue, "what are they talking about do i look like a junkie?" DEMAND a retest. Oh and don't dress like a twat, if you walk in with crappy clothes, bad hair and pasty skin they will have probobly made their mind up even before the test. If you are going for a job at walmart or what ever then don't bother with the whole fail the first one thing, they probobly won't bother to retest you becuase there are thousands of others waiting to take your place.

Niacin, Niacin, Niacin... I Smoke every day. Kind bud!! Niacin is all I ever used to pass UAs and it has worked every time. If you want to clean out in 3-4 days, I suggest you eat one 250 mg pill of Niacin every hour, or 1 500 mg pill every 2 hours to avoid breaking out in a rash. The flush free Niacin is from Inositol Hexanictinate which time releases to keep you from breaking out. Anyhow... Cranberry juice/Gatorade/Energy drinks all contain Niacin. That's why you have been advised to drink them. Niacin is the vitamin (b3) that enters you body's cells and cleans out your body's undesired materials. Be it THC or not your cells will be clean and healthy!!It is HIGHLY recommended. Anyone that says niacin doesn't work is a fool. --Another thing I've heard that works but I wont guarantee it. Right before your drug test dip you index finger in bleach. Everyone here is freaking out and should just calm down. Chances are probably 50/50 on whether or not you'll get caught regardless of how long ago you did it. I've done THC probably 4 times over the past 6 months the latest being almost 2 weeks ago, and I honestly am not worried. I have a job test in a month and i figure 50 days is plenty of time. Also, the last time I smoked it was one hit of a bong and I didnt feel much at all. Most of the ideas here are good but I feel that water and exercise is a good thing. I've also heard from some of my football buddies that fasting for a couple days with only water is the best way to go, and that all big steroids users do it and it works. Still, I'm not sure if the same goes for pot. If you are in a bind I recommend fasting and not eating any fat as well as drinking around 2-3 liters of water everyday. Good luck.

i have a friend that joined the army, he was very dirty for weed. he smoked dro like the day before the drug test and we always smoked weed everyday. He had a drug test coming up and his recruiter knew he was dirty, so his recruiter said drink a cap of bleach.. so he did. now hes dead. JUST KIDDING. he told me he drank the cap of bleach in a cup of coffee with an ass load of creamer. and in 24 hours when he took his drug test he passed it. i would never in my life drink bleach. i am on 8 yrs felony probation. i probably have a u.a. coming up in like 2 days. ive been taking bentonite every two hours. its this stuff that has an assload of fiber or something i dunno. my brother is about 230lbs and 30 yrs old and he took it for 5 days every 2 hours even waking up at night. he passed his drug test.

High everyone, I am taking the drug test for the Sherrifs department. Here is my advice, stop smoking completely at least a month before the test. Don't be in the same room while detoxing as your stoner friends , the second hand smoke will contaminate your system again, drink water , water, then when sick of drinking water, dring more water, a little poontang every now and then is great! Drinking alot of beer works well too. As far as the hair test, better shave it off and start over they can go back for years and find out everysingle drug you took, so shave the head military style, then shave it again in a few weeks to make sure that you didnt miss any, then no drugs again untill after your test. p.s. its a good idea to find out the results before you start again, they might ask you for two, because the first might come out inconclusive.

as long as there is going to be no direct supervision while you pee, do the following:If you can smuggle in some clean urine from a non-smoker, do so. No stress, Just watch for temperature, which you should be fine if sample is close to your body to maintain body temp. Girls: use a 3-4 oz. thin, plastic empty and clean hair color bottle (they come in hair dye kits) and put it in or between your legs with tight underwear on. guys can do the same, but place alongside yourself with tight underwear. Important to get specimen fresh and keep it at 94-98 degrees. Put the "evidence" in your pocket when finished. don't worry--- all the city employees smuggle it in, and they are all employed at$15-$20/hour jobs.

yea, i took a drug test for a job my dad got me didn't smoke for a month and a half, got back from the test got high cause i was happy it was over and they called me when i was all messed up like you have to re test cause it was diluted, buzzkill. so i drank a whole bunch of water went in 4days later for the retest and i passed this rapid test. then i got another call that the company doesn't use the rapid test so i went back took another one, came back diluted again. i guess the company doesn't except diluted ones so i went in again yesterday took another, waitin for a call as we speak. but you think ill be ok by now if i hadn't smoked in a month, 1-6 times a month before that, then smoked once 5 days ago before the last drug test?

I can tell you fron experience of taking test after test that marijuana can take anywhere from 7-40 days to not be detectable in drug tests. I will give a quick example as I dont have time to tell all. EX: If you dont smoke weed for a month and then you take around 5-8 hits off of a joint and then take a test 13 days after that, it is possible to be crystal clean on your test. Just make sure that in that 13 day span, you ride a bike for one hour a day or a compairable exercise up until your test date. The hotter it is when you do this and the more you sweat the better. Then lay on your ass for 2 days prior to your test and do as little as possible, im talking literally walk in slow motion, as you want to slow down your metabolism as much as possible in those two days leading up to the test. Drink alot of water in those 13 days also. About 60 ounces per day is sufficiant. Oh ya by the way, if they have the Herbal Detox Tea, "Clenz Blendz", where you are GET IT! It works wonders and you wont have to do anything but quit smoking 2 days before your test, take clenz blendz and you will be just fine. Good Luck!!

THC Delta9 Tetrahydrocanibinol is a lipid soluble substance. IT STORES IN FAT. Consider the fattest part of your body. Surprisingly enough it is your brain. Nothing but one 8 pound chunck of fat. Now I am not aware of any arobic excersize which burns brain fat and unfortunately that is where the bulk of the canibinoids are hiding. Ginger root and green tea can offer promising results but, it needs to be an on going routine. Masking products cause a problem. They alter your creatinin levels (a liver enzyme) to that of a 150 year old man. This tends to raise a red flag in the lab. Here is the rule. Flush it as you go. Definitely stop at least 2 days before the test and more if possible. Your body needs time to physiologically react to the changes. BLEACH...if you wish to die are rupture your venous system, go ahead but otherwise save it for laundry. Another great idea is ironically another one created 1000's of years ago in Asia,like the tea. STEAM, STEAM, STEAM. Turn on your shower full heat. Turn off your A/C if you have a vent in the bathroom. Wrap your head in a cool wet towel and sit in the steam for 15 - 20 minutes. No longer. Do Not Steam if you have a heart condition without speaking to your Cardiologist first. Changes in blood pressure and heart rhythm may cause complications. Sit in the highest point of the room as heat rises. NOT IN THE SHOWERE WITH THE SCOLDING WATER. You need to have had plenty of water before you go in as you may sweat out up to 2 liters. Don't drink 5 gallons of water a day. You will drown your self on a cellular level. Sweat bath no more than once a day and rehydrate right after. You should lower your body temp after the 20 minutes by taking a luke warm bath or shower to prevent thermal shock to the system. Tea, Steam,and do it regular. May cost you some time and money but its worth the price if your job is on the line. By the way they are both likely to improve your over all health tremendously. DO NOT EXCERSIZE OR STEAM THE DAY OF THE TEST. You will only repopulate your blood and urine with newly burned fat. Please take this seriously and quit listening to bad advise. Okay, so. On my birthday, I smoked weed [July 5th], I only had a few hits of konbud, and then two days after, I had 3 hits from a vaporizer. My job wants me to do a drug test, but since I smoked the weed, I got extreamly sick, I had to be put on antibiotics and I got two shots, so I'm hoping that what the doctor gave me cleared out my system. Since that happened, I've been drinking a lot of juices, water, and I've been pooping a lot... haha, I wont lie. I asked my brother about this, and he said I'll probably be alright, [because my brother is basically a stoner]. What do you guys think? Oh, and it's funny about the pickle juice... I love the way they taste, so I drink the juice a little everyday, I never knew it could help you pass a test?!

Well, this OG chicano dude from San Antonio, Texas I used to hang out with told me that one time he had to quit for a year so that he could get the good paying job he wanted. Weed won't go away, save as many good seeds as possible, store them, and then when its safe just plant them in your closet! There are websites that offer a lot of good info about the magical plant and how to grow it inside(inside its best, lots of nosy people out there gonna be wandering what you are doing, especially if u dont look like the gardening type), always have a story ready, that way the persons accusing u of whatever look stupid and make them feel like they're the ones not making any sense(its called street smarts)it works with cops, u don't have to be rude to them. One more thing don't let MJ control you, you control it always. Real G's keep their life on cruise contol. ok guys. here is how you can pass your drug test fast. like in 2 days. NIACIN. its B vitimin B3 i believe that helps make your matabolism speed up. it makes yoru matabolism way faster and also tries to get rid of any chemicals that are stored in your fatty tissue. it also enlarges your veins so then more blood can pass through them. make sure you get the niacin that makes you flush. because part of the flushing phaze while taking niacin helps clean you out too. the ones i have are only 100 mg each. 3 before you go to bed, 2 when you wake up, and 2 before you go to bed. thats what my friend advised, but i was so scared that i took 13 pills of 100 mg niacin in 24 hours. make sure you take them as yoru falling asleep for the first time. because it is releases chemicals into your blood stream, your body creates a chemical that some what burns the skin. its nothing excruciating or anyting, but a tad uncomfortable. drinking a couple glasses of water while taking wouldnt be a bad idea too. cranberry juice does help a little bit, but make sure its 100% natural, although thc is not water or liquid soluble, some argue that works still. i have heard that a half bottle cap of bleach helps too. also have heard that drinking a glass of straight vinger the night before makes you pass, but i wouldnt be too sure about that either. i also heard that sitting in a sauna helps too, helps you sweat out alot of the thc. by the way, those detox drinks that you see that are supose to "clean" yoru system out completely dont work at all. i bot a $60.00 of this triple strenth cleansing drink and then drug tested myself 3 days after and it didnt work . make sure you drink about a gallon of water before you take your drug test. it will dilute the test and you will either pass or you will have to retake it. that is probably one of the easiest ways to pass. by diluting yoour pee it hides the thc and dilutes it. good luck to all. remember niacin and diluting yoru pee is the best way to go, i pass drug tests all teh time with niacin, cleans your body VERY quick. oh, by the way i got niacin at walmart, you can probably get it at any store that sells vitimins. good luck to all.

O.K. LOOK ,,, Heres the skinny for all...I am a long time smoker about 20 years and If you are a daily smoker it will take 28-45 days to get out. If you are a "bi-weekly smoker" SAME THING. If you smoke once a month 7-15 days. 1st timers 5-10 days. BEWARE most tests also test for cleansers. If you are going to a lab or doctors office your urine will most likely be sent to a lab witch is harder to pass. Altho unless your test is for probation, parole, or hrs you will be watched during the test. If your going to a lab or doctors office the safest thing to do is have someone clean of the same sex and (ladies) not pregnant pee in a condom. wear some tight fitting underware to keep your package warm and when you go into the bathroom pop it and your all good. If its not done at lab or doctor all you can do is drink 2 gallons of water the day before the test and as much as you can swallow the day of. Some testers will say your flushing your system cause your pee will look like water. What i do is take 3 large multi-vitimans the morning of so walah me pee is yellow. Trust me on this I have taken at least 50 tests in my life. Oh and a lil vinegar may help I always drink half a bottle the day of its gross but I am not shure if it helps its all in the agua!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck to all!!!!!!!!!

I had a friend who joined the army and told his recruiting officer that he had smoked weed recently. They sent him to buy a detox/masking agent and he passed. I really don't think they care at this point. As long as you quit while you are in the army you will be fine. He said that if you fail a test while enlisted, they actually put you in jail for it. As for mushrooms, I don't think you have to worry if it's been over a year. Different tests detect different amounts of THC, so that is a factor, as well. I have seen someone on parole pass a drug test two days after smoking. I have also known someone to fail a drug test after not smoking for 45 days. I think it really just depends on the test, your metabolism, and how much you smoke. There is no one answer as to how long it will take to get clean. Oh yeah, and don't EVER drink bleach. It will KILL you.

ok.. i dont know if this works but ive heard all this stuff. lipton ice tea makes this green tea with anti oxidents. usually, green tea sucks but this one is actually good because it has some citrus falvoring. drink a bottle or two of that and like 2 cups a day. my friend drank two of those in school everyday and had a court date and they were taking urine samples and he smoked lie everyweekend. it worked on him in one month. and for the heavy users... if you know you have a drug test in like 2 weeks... just stopp for f...ing two weeks,and dont post things on this bulletin if your like im a heavy smoker and i got a drug test in 3 days! there is something called detox and i dont know how it works but im pretty sure you take it, and pee and that gets all the bad stuff out and on the next time you pee, it clean. your welcome for this post. run alot!

Being a military police officer and administering countless drug tests I can say that Niacin Flush, found at your local GNC or vitamin store DOES WORK. There are 2 types of niacin one that flushes and one that doesn't, make sure to get Niacin Flush. It takes a few days but it will "flush" your system. Niacin is a vitamin that aids in increasing blood flow that clogs fat cells from being properly cleansed. Since THC is stored in your fat cells you want your fat cells opened to allow your blood to naturally clean itself. You want to start out by taking 2 niacin pills on a full stomach. You will get a red rash throughout your body that will itch... this will go away in an hour less. The redness is your capillaries opening up. The next day or later that night increase the amount of niacin by one pill. If you do not turn red and get the itchyness keep increasing the amount you intake by one pill. DON'T OVER DO YOURSELF! Niacin can be detected so make sure to stop the regiment about 2 days before.

Alright there are a lot of different answers posted here, but here's the TRUTH!! I am a nurse and I administer drug test a lot. Depending on the amount that you smoke it can take from less than a week to a little over a months naturally. There are plenty of ways to speed up this process or mask it for a drug test that you know about. Drink as much water as you can possible handle without throwing up!!! Also you can drink vinegar, but it is going to make your stomach very upset and you may even throw it up and that would make it pointless. Although straight vinegar is best there are some other options. You can drink Cranberry Juice which helps in cleansing you entire body, but is especially good for the kidneys. Also pickle juice has a lot of vinegar so it works a lot like vinegar, but you would have to drink more of it. Your best beat though is getting a detox. The one I use is made by Puriclean. I use the Capsule Clean. It is 4 pills filled with natural vitimains and minerals. You take them atleast an hour before your test and drink 48 ounces of water. You must not have smoked within the 48 hours prior to using the product for it to be effective. This works for up to 6 hours. It cost anywhere from $15 to $30 and is great!! I have used it a lot and so have a lot of my friends and everyone has passed. This is for a urine drug test only though. If you are getting a hair test they can trace the use of any drugs for the rest of your life!! The way to pass this test is to get Completely Clean made by the same company. It cleanses your urine, blood, and hair in 7 days. After taking the pills and using the shampoo for 7 days your system is clean forever... or until you use again! It is also great, but cost about $100. Just a little last piece of helpful information: in most states you can bur a home drug test for about $20 and test yourself before just to make sure your clean.

NIACIN !! go to GNC and get a bottle of niacin take 2 pills every 3 or 4 hours.. EVEN WHEN YOUR SLEEPING set your alarm wake up take two and go bakc to sleep DO NOT MISS A DOSE, drink alot of water and you will be fine. Should work in a matter of 2 days maybe even 24 hours for light smokers The only Downfall is it actually burns the THC out of your systen so you do kinda get this itchy, burny type feeling on your skin. Not to bad but feels very wierd... but yeah it works other than that you should be good im off probabtion in November so i cant wait untill then im stuck not smoking b/c i have like test in the next month and i dont know when they are. .... ANY WAY DO NOT MISS A DOSE !!! AND BE CONSISTENT WITH TIME if you take it every 3 hours dont wait 4 hours to take it once always take it every 3 hours (i took them every 3 1/2 hours)

OK listen! If it's ur first time then u will realize that u dont feel like ureself for a few days after u smoked it, for me my depressions of small things didn't effect and i was acting very layed back and careless, whcih i am the exact opposite, and my ears felt clogged. ITS NORMAL dont worry! it will usually last about a few days, after u smoke for the first time u have a very good chance of dazing out or having alot of wet dreams. You wont feel like urself for a couple days, but when u feel normal again u will know that the weed in ur system is going away and for u heavy abusers, u wont realize ALL these symptoms, ull just realize the dazing out and slow time stuff. For u newbies, i sugest u drink a lot water and to be honest! my teacher told me masturbation will speed up the proccess, because it causes ur heart to pump faster. If ude like do everything from cranberry juice to exersice, but please dont use the bleach and water method, u dont wanna die on the day of ur test...

Believe it or not! I'm a big pothead, I started new job they gave me drug test, I smoked the same day they gave me drug test I really thought I was gonna fail.. but I passed!!!!! U wanna know why??? Because I have been on a diet for 8 months and I started drinking water about one gallon a day.. so the ANSWER IS WATER!!!! But U GOT to drink around gallon water every single day! ESPECIALLY for potheads. and I m very surprised that yall know when yall are going to have drug tests!! because my job just surprises you! I recently had to get drug test I was already high. and this is 3rd test so far and still passed! I don't care if yall don't believe me.. I passed!!! Hi all... I've been reading all the responses in this forum and I have to say that this is pretty funny. What I don't understand is: Why are you being tested for pot in the first place? I mean, it's not like you're an alcoholic, or taking harmful (both physically and socially) illegal drugs, you're just smoking marijuana for crying out loud! Who cares?! I feel so sorry for Americans who have to live in a society where you can get in trouble for smoking such a harmless substance as marijuana. God bless Canada, where the vast majority of our society is informed and educated and aware of the real facts about pot, versus harmful substances such as alcohol and illegal drugs. I sincerely hope that the American government finally smartens up one day. I keep hearing about gun-crime and gang neighbourhoods in the US, and I don't understand why they refuse to fix it. I mean, it's a simple fix. Get rid of handguns completely, de-criminalize harmless substances such as marijuana, which actually deters criminal behaviour (who wants to break the law or act aggressively when they're high?), and get rid of all the liquor stores for crying out loud!! Hopefully This will help people determine if they will pass.... First, when you take a UA. The lab will administer 2 different tests. The first one is called RadioImmunoEssay (RIA) and is used to simply see if you have anything that exceeds the cutoff levels of any substance. For example cannaboids ( that would be weed) cut off flucuates, but the average is around 50ug/l. The 2nd ( GC/MS) is used ONLY if there is a positive result for the first test. It is a confirmation that the result is in fact positive. Now that you know this, my advise is to buy the at home test kit. You can get them at most drug stores and smoke shops. The cut off on these is usually 50ug/l. Hopefully this will help for those wondering how long thc stays in the body.

The bleach thing is actually true and you won't get violently sick from it. It takes about 2-3 oz before you get sick. You will only be taking a cap full. NO MORE THAN THAT!!!! Put a cap full of bleach in a glass and then fill it with 8 oz of milk. It has to be milk because milk coats your stomach and it goes down smoother with virtually no taste...JUST DON'T SMELL IT FIRST!!! You may feel a little nausea, but it's not bad like cramping or diarrhea, more like butterflies in the stomach. My cousin got into the military by doing this and told me about it. I've done it 3 times and it works every time. Even though I stopped doing drugs a while back, this might be helpful to someone else. Even though it works, ultimately, my stomach couldn't take the worrying about it every time I went for a test. The drugs weren't worth it.

My friend has been a pot head for the past 3 years at college, Every Day--"Bong loads"--All DAY!!! This Same friend has got in trouble with a few DWI'sand now has to take regular Drug Tests with his probation officer. My friend is about 5'10", 160 pounds. My friends probation officer told him that "with him being only 21 years old and with him having a very fast metabolism, that the THC will be out of his system in about 10 days, give or take". THC stays in the system of a larger, fatter person for a longer period of time. He also has recommended to me, Niacin pills "one a day", and B12 pills "one a day". If you are around the same height and weight, this is a very reliable source. Goodluck Everyone!

I've done a fair bit of research on the subject, and I've only found one "solution" to an un-supervised drug test that is typically given when applying for a job. Since THC is stored in your fat cells, it obviously has the potential to stay in your system for a very long time. Your fat cells release THC into your blood when stimulated and/or eliminated (Which, for a constant smoker that never exercises, actually gets you high.). This means that your body height/weight/fat/metabolism ratio plays a large role in how fast traces of THC are removed from your system. Exercising CAN help, but you will never know how much YOU need to exercise in order to rid yourself of toxins, even while using other remedies, because a heavier person will typically have a worse metabolism than an average-sized person. This means it would require an accurate body height/weight/fat/metabolism scatterplot conversion chart for ridding THC from your system using exercise. To my knowledge, no such accurate chart exists, at least not with any scientific backup. Even then, it's hard to imagine science could ever completely and accurately depict such conversions, given the variability of metabolism on an individual basis. I would say that basing your cleansing entirely around exercise is probably the WORST thing you can do. It's a horrible effort, and it takes a lot of time. Drinking large amounts of water/cranberry juice/etc in the weeks prior to your test will not help much. As I said, THC is stored in fat cells, so the cells need to be stimulated/eliminated (Exercise) in order for THC to be released into your bloodstream. Drinking large amounts of these fluids will only help your blood cells remove toxins, not your fat cells. Magic potions are also a popular form of dodging your drug test, especially when you've got a short time before you take your test. I also advise against using these exclusively as a fail-safe. While I've heard first-hand that they have worked for friends, the actual substance can only MASK the toxins in your body. It would be impossible for all the THC in your body to be removed an hour after ingesting one of these so-called "miracle" drinks, which is why I do not trust them. (The below statement reflects people that are working within a time-frame, not people whom haven't smoked heavily in more than 3 months) The fact of the matter is this: there is no way to erase all chance of being caught while using your own urine. Your body does some weird and unique things, things that no one else's body does, meaning that the possibilities are very wide on how long it will hold onto THC. And now it is time for me to stop boring you and actually tell you what I'd suggest and use myself! Go out and get yourself a powdered urine kit. They're found easily online, and headshops might have them. You simply mix the powdered urine in a vial with water, then you stick an included air-activated heater on the side and check the temperature with the included thermometer. Once it's in the 90-99 degree range, you just pour it right into your little cup then walk out and hand it to them. So not only do you get a 100% assurance that you're not going to fail the test (because you're using actual clean urine) but you also don't have to quit smoking. I haven't found a better way to pass an un-supervised test. I hope this has helped in some way or another. I am a well-read health nut who just quit after 22 years of chronic use. I have consumed volumes on the subject and you can easily research for yourself the advise I am giving you here. Use aloe vera juice. It is even listed in the Materia Medica as the number one remedy for consumption. Make sure you get the type you are supposed to take internally (not topically) and read the directions on the bottle. Purchase an organic source from a health food store. Start with the lowest dose and slowly work your way up. If you don't you could have some abdominal distress. Now, for the real hum dinger.... the stuff actually makes you feel high for about 45 minutes. It's actually more pleasant than a pot high, because there is no nervousness/paranoia feelings and it doesn't give you the munchies. An added bonus is it tastes good and can make unsweetened tea taste sweet. If you are just trying to pass a test and use chronically, quit smoking for 2 or 3 weeks while using aloe. If you are just quitting it altogether it will make you feel better faster. Good luck to all of y'all!

so.. tonight in the first night.. in a long long many amount of nights.. i got really stoned. However,... it was really intesne.. i walked into african american basket weaving class really really stoned.. and my teacher was like.. drug test in a month if you wanna go to africa with us thru this program for free. So i wanted to do it.. so this is what i did to get that mad drow out of me: 1.) ranaround outside naked 2.) drank straight bleach for a week 3.)juggled knives that were aflame 4.)funnelled vingir for 3 straight hours... it burned. 5.)and then, if u really wanna be striaght.. i guesss.. drink crandberry juice.. like once.. maybe.. your tight. smoke dat weed yo.

OK plain and simple... 1. THC is stored in your body's fat cells. 2. It takes everybody a different amount of time to be clean and clear. 3. The easiest way is to think of THC as a "toxin", and to get rid of your body's toxins, you do a detox, so to pass a urine/blood test, do things that you would usually do in a detox: drink plenty of water, and prune or cranberry juice, eat healthy (lots of lean meat, fish and fruit and vegetables) and exercise (you have to SWEAT, running or hardcore cardio works the fastest, do 10 push ups wont cut it sorry guys). 4. If you only have a few days to prepare for the test id recommend large amounts of water and cranberry and prune juice, then the day of the exam drink water like a fish to dilute it as much as possible, then if they pick it up and its only minor, your can say (acting very surprised), you may of PASSIVELY breathed it in at a club/party. 5. and to the absolute FOOL who said to drink bleach... we have a word for you in australia - wanker. DONT DRINK BLEACH it is corrosive and will do absolutely no good.

There are conflicting reports on how long it takes to get marijuana out of a system, ranging from 7 days to 8 months (which is really hard to believe). I use daily but quit when I had to for drug tests. The best formula I have found for getting THC out of the system is sweating it out, aka take some saunas if you have the oppurtunity. This is a life savor. Stick to a healthy diet alsp, ie eat Bran, Drink Green Tea and red meat (this will raise creatine levels in your body; low creatine is an indicator of THC). There are plenty of natural ways to get it out of your system, but you should allow atleast a week. Like I said, if you smoke daily, quit as soon as posisble and dont eat alot of fatty foods and stick to that diet and you should be alright.

alright i read enough. the home remedies may work for a few of you but honestly go to a smoke shop and buy a cleaner. some range from 5-40 dollars. and when it came down to taking a test i passed. you just have to have the correct time to drink it, pee, and allow it to clean you before you go. some places will take the temperature of your urine to see if you have fake pee, and if they find out its not the correct temp they will have you pee again but watch you this time. im a city worker i had 2 dot. if you take up a job that does random testing screw it just stop. its hard i had to do it and now i dont sleep well cause of it. but i make great money to screw it up over weed. there are plenty of great cleaners that work between 1-5 hours. dont assume water, vingegar, honey, salt, lemons, etc will clean you cause you may come up dirty and your pee diluted.

hey guys i am 6'2 250 and have bean UAed 50 plus times and never failed this is a fool proof plane you will pass if you do exactly what i say if you have some time say 10 days drink lots of water, tomato juice, pickle juice, cranberry juice, vinager, take b-12 or b complete and go 4 a 15 min run every morning do all of the above and you will pass i put my life on it oh ya and yes bleach dose work but it isnt a good idea it is a last resort for heavy people that cant get anything to work for them and you dont just drink a cap that will kill you get a 24 oz bottle fill it up stick your finger in the bleach then in the bottle and repeat two more times 24 hours before the test but like i said it isnt safe and still may do some damage

For a regular user (3-5 times/ week) with an average body-mass-index you will probably pass in 30/45 days if you follow the above mentioned steps. I agree with the guy who said he was around it and inhaled the smoke. I was in the car with friends and DID NOT PARTAKE. I see a pain doctor and they give random test. I had always tested neg. Sure enough I go in for my appointment 5 days later and tested positive. I told the doctor that I was around it but did not smoke it (I swore to it) She basically called me a liar. She said that there was no way for it to show in your system unless you had smoked it. (I guess she never heard of a contact high). Anyway those results were given to me on my next visit 30 days later so I demanded to be retested. Of course this time I tested negative. At least I guess I did nothing else was said and they said that if I retested positive I could no longer be treated for chronic pain. I just don't understand it though Here they give me 200 mg of Morphine per day and 30 mg of Oxycotin but they were worried that I might smoke a joint.

First of all THC is one of the easiest to trace and the hardest to get rid of. I suggest that as a doctor my advice to you is to get about 1/4 pound of purple haze and a brownie cake mix at your local grocery store. Make the brownie following the instructions on the cake box then just add all the purple and mix it. Then bake in oven following the directions on the cake box. You can also try a groovy tea. Just get 1/4 pound of any bud yolu like and boil it in a galon of water for around 20 mins sturring occationally. Then pour the water through a strainer to filter the water from the bud particles. Then drink and enjoy. Make sure to do one of these remedies a day before your test. Good Luck.

Hey guys. Okay heres the situation. Im 18 years old and I've just enlisted in the marines. They do a Physical which includes a urine sample. I smoked a few bowls at a concert with some friends on the 31st of march. Its now April 13th. I have this screening sometime within the next 2 weeks. With Higher consumption of water and other liquids like green tea and a an extended work out schedual should i be able to pass? Also I take N.O. Explode when working and have increased my dosage. It's the top creatine supplement on the market. So, will that help any? By the way I'm 6 ft and weigh 202 Questions: 1.With the information given should I be able to pass a urine screen in the given amount of time? 2.Will taking larger amounts of creatine before working out help the process along? Best advice I seen on this is to exercise and to drink plenty of fluids. Do not under any circumstance drink bleach or any other strange things I.E. Vinegar and bleach; to include pickle juice. Do not starve yourself either. When you stop eating your body goes into starvation mode and will store fat rather than burn it. Cutting down on fatty food will also help the process of detoxification. Using creatine products is also discouraged, as creatine makes the fat absorb more fluids. The detox products that clean you for a limited time work by making the fat cells hold thier water, which in turn holds the anything else stored in the fat cells. If you are a fat bastard most likely you can use the exercise and fluids. Stay away from sugars and liquers', sugar is stored as fat. The best fluid on earth is also the cheapest and most abundant. Water giver and taker of life.

i have to take a drug test for my doctors office because there a pain managment clinic. i quit smoking pot about 36 days ago and its a urine test. i hope i pass. i also learned that if i went to a doctor and got a prescription for it i would be fine to smoke because its prescribed. i dont want to lose my doctor because i have a neck and knee injury. im fat any cant excersize because of the injuries, i just hope that time and drinking alot of water will help, also i heard to pee in the cup midstream because the fat comes out in the beggining of the urine, i dont know if its true but i am going to try it. after i pass this test im going to get legal and have it prescribed to i dont have to worry about it anymore. thats the only way to be 100% ok when it comes to testing for pot.BE LEGAL!

everybody everybody everybody.....weed iz good and we all know this in here i'msmoking a blunt right now...but if you have a drug test coming up are something of that nature, pretty much you know about when that will happen...just sacrifice a little and STOP smokin' for a min...get that job or do tha probation thing or whatever tha situation. you gotz ta handle your business first..unless your a lazy good for nothing weed head that the commercials be talking about, but if you are a working, business detailed weed smoking individual that handles your business like me then you are probably already disiplined in this area...point is getting marijuana out of your system depends on body weight and how often you smoke point blank...the heavier you are the more fat weed has to be stored in...not being funny that's just the facts..drinks lots of fluids...be careful with the vinager though not to much of that...vinager natuarlly lowers your blood pressure...you don't want to pass out and die...you want to give yourself a good month..oh yeah and sweat as much as possible...(gets it out of those fat cells)...and even if your skinny...you still have fat cells so..do what you have to do until then puff puff pass mutha f---as !!!!

everybody everybody everybody.....weed iz good and we all know this in here i'm smoking a blunt right now...but if you have a drug test coming up are something of that nature, pretty much you know about when that will happen...just sacrifice a little and STOP smokin' for a min...get that job or do tha probation thing or whatever tha situation. you gotz ta handle your business first..unless your a lazy good for nothing weed head that the commercials be talking about, but if you are a working, business detailed weed smoking individual that handles your business like me then you are probably already disiplined in this area...point is getting marijuana out of your system depends on body weight and how often you smoke point blank...the heavier you are the more fat weed has to be stored in...not being funny that's just the facts..drinks lots of fluids...be careful with the vinager though not to much of that...vinager natuarlly lowers your blood pressure...you don't want to pass out and die...you want to give yourself a good month..oh yeah and sweat as much as possible...(gets it out of those fat cells)...and even if your skinny...you still have fat cells so..do what you have to do until then puff puff pass mutha f---as !!!!

When you ask the question �How long does marijuana stay in your system?� you need to take into account the fact that there is no simple answer to this question. THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) can stay in a person's body for as long as 3 to 90 days after smoking or being ingested orally. There are numerous determining factors for how long drug toxins stay in a persons body which vary from person to person, such as the analytical method used, your health, your body weight, metabolism, fluid intake, the type of drug toxin, and the degree of exposure to the drug toxin. So I've read everyone's comments and researched myself and this is what I've figured out! I smoke everyday- 5-6 joints per day (20% thc gets to bloodstream). no bongs or pipes as thc content is 40-50%. I am 140 5'7 and I am mildly physically active. I give myself 30-60 days before I test. I guess I would call myself an expert in the field of marijuana and testing. I have passed two tests in the last 8 months. One test I gave myself 30 days, drank hella water, no exercise, no dietary changes,...I was a daily smoker. I passed the test...I did however use a drink 1 hr prior to test time. I was so stressed that the drink would show up, never again will I do that. My job does come first. The second test I gave myself 45 days, no cleansers, I just quit, drank hella water (1 gallon/day), I work on my feet 12 hrs a day so I guess I did burn it off. Be carefull not to drink too much h2o. Water overdose is possible. So now I test again 8 weeks. I will give myself 50 days or so. I began to use my clean time as "get myself in shape time" My strategy this time is 1) drink l gallon/ day - water 2) tomato juice 3) ginseng 4) herbal tea 5) exercise 6) low fat foods 7) sauna (increases sweating) 8) fruits/vegs/grain/peas- (poop, poop) If you smoke once a month- don't sweat it. If you smoke daily and have a test in 2-3 weeks, get a cleanser(no bleech stupid). It normally takes thc 21-30 days to rid for a average size person (120-145). For a larger person (210 lbs or 5'10+), double that 30 days= 60 days. Remember if it's random workplace screening don't mess with it. It it's planned drug screening, do it smart.

omg, ppl can be so dumb ok, this is wut you do - new users will be clean in about 5 days if not less regular users will be clean in about 2-3 weeks (drink water and take vitamin b-12 a day before your test) compulsive users will take a month or more (proceed same actions listed above) all of the above information is based on what's AVERAGE so it may take longer for your system to be clean.... also if you weigh over 200 lbs, it will probably be longer... if it's an emergency situation, get a detox drink from a smoke shop (20-30 dollars)- after drinking it, pee 3 times and you'll be clean for about 5 hours. you should also drink lots of water (and/or gatorade) with it to hydrate your system. ps: try drinking chlorine with a side of ammonia instead of water (dumbasses, don't do it PLZ!! >_>;; ) -Pheyt

I have been a daily weed smoker for over 10 years...when I heard I had to take a drug test for an arrest once a week, I was devistated, I stopped smoking on a Sunday...my test was on a tuesday a week later...thats 9 days of not smoking. All I did was drink a lot of water, and one day I rode my bike and sweat a good bit. I thought there was no chance of me passing this test, and somehow I did! Maybe it's just my body type, I'm not sure, but I'm a 190 lb guy. It's probably still in my blood and hair, but it didn't show up in my pee. I guess I'm lucky, cause from what everyone hear is saying, it sounds like it should have been in my system for a lot longer. I just took ONE hit of pot on Thursday, and I have another test next Thursday...so, we'll see if I pass again. My friend swears it really only shows up in the pee for like 1-5 days...cause he has had to take similar urine tests. just drink lots of water, and sweat a little. You might just get lucky...I'm thinking about taking a hit right now...so tempting...

The things you are talking about are wrong, for the most part. THC is stored in fat. It will naturally slowly leach out, but it can take months depending on the amount you use and the frequency of your use. The diets and foods suggested here may help remove "some" THC from your fat cells, but it will be deposited into your blood stream and, subsequently into your urine....This will give you a postive test result. Please remember that the body will naturally try to keep fat stored and will only release fats when it believes there is no chance of famine of that particular nutrient/enzyme/fat/etc.(that's why dieting often fails). To lower your chances of a positive test, drink fluids/etc. until 36 hours before your test and be sure to eat well. This will help the body release the THC stored in the fat. Then (I'm not kidding)smoke a small amount of marijuana approximately 48 hour prior to the test. The human body will sense the THC and gather it to be stored in the fat cells and will NOT allow anymore THC to be released from your fat cells. Your urine will transport the THC (which has already been released from the fat) out of your body and the new input of THC (which you smoked) will stop your body from releasing any more of the THC for approximately 48 hours. Your lowest THC levels will be approximately 30 to 48 hours after you smoke your bowl. Be careful though, this will only work once in a while and, if you do this too often, your body will not stop the release of the THC. So, take it from an expert, drink plenty, eat plenty, and smoke a bowl a couple day prior to the test, YOU WILL PASS IT! honestly!

at one time in my life (about 2 years ago) i couldn't go a day without smoking pot. nine times out of ten, my whole paycheck went towards the substance. then one day i decided to get a job at a drug store where they urine test you, so i had to think fast! everyone had told me to drink lots of anything with high amounts of vinegar in it. it will help clean the system fast and to drink lots of water, and they meant lots of water, so much that you had to replace the same amount that you would urinate. so i did and four days later i past the test! yay!!! of course, two years later and through out that course, i developed a drinking obsession with vodka and rarely smoked pot, almost to the point that i was done with the addiction. so.... about a two months ago i started up again and only smoked as little as enough as maybe 2 to 3 hits to help me get to sleep. now keep in mind, i live a very active lifestyle, i have three jobs that all involve strenuous excercize and and when i heard word of a promotion at the same job i had to take the urine test to obtain in the first place, i found that i had to submit another one. so i cut back severely and drowned my system with vodka and energy drinks high in niacin as well as popping the vitamin itself, just to make a rather naive conclusion that all i did was just dehydrate my body which in fact, kept the thc in my system and i ended up testing positive for the substance. i decided to contest this drug test to keep my job! so i have to take another one. i have been drinking lots of water like before in my story and lots of cranberry juice as well as hot green tea, i heard from a sergeant that green tea is what they recommend to young recruits in order for them to past the test. i'llkeep you posted as to what this ordeal turns out as. if it works, maybe it can work for you.

You know, it's sad that we even have to worry about failing a drug test for pot. As long as you do it responsibly, who cares what you do on your own time?! I hate alcohol and do not prefer anything but pot. I smoke about 1-2 times a week if that, just to have a little relaxation to myself. Why do we continue to be punished for something so harmless? Damn the government for not admitting they are wrong! POT is not bad when you do it responsibly. Today it's drug test for pot, tomorrow it will be brain scans for what we think of during sex... lol. Well anyways, it all depends on the individual as far as how long it will stay in your system no two people are alike. Drink water, exercise and stop as soon as you know a test is coming up. other than that just hope that one day we will be able to walk the streets smoking a blunt and never having to read questions on how to pass a urine test for pot.---DONE

Why in the world do the stupid gov'tsay we all MUST take such a nuisance drug testing for applying for jobs? There is HIGH rate of unemployment and MORE crime if when they do not have a job. This make me feel like they just explore right on my bottom as well as my private parts of body they have no business to look at, the silliest thing. But they just EXPLORE and FOCUS too much on just one little matter of drugs and nothing else like how good educated we are. I know the gov'tsays this way just protects against high health care insurance as well as a measure of safety, BUT that is something to blame on BOTH gov'tand insurance because they do not want to HELP us the poor thing! The drug testing is all baloney and I do not trust with this drug testing, either.

Half of you people are absolutely retarded. First of all, NEVER NEVER NEVER drink bleach no matter how many people may swear by it cleansing your system. Bleach is used for cleansing floors and clothing and whatnot to eat through the grime NOT for cleansing your insides. Second of all, if you smoke regularly and you are required to have a hair test you are screwed because it WILL show up whether or not you like it and nothing you drink can do anything about that. Lastly, I noticed that most of the people posting on here are unable to spell properly or use their goddamn brains, so what does that say about people who are regularly smoking pot huh? Oh yeah...and by the way, when they're doing a physical they usually DON'T check for drugs in your system because physicals generally do not involve any sort of blood, urine, or hair follicle testing. Good luck people...you are the future of this world and because of that I believe we are all about to die.

I vote for the the 30 day to 60 day no use method if time permits, depending on your size and usage, as well as flushing out your system a bit with more water than you usually do. Exercise seems pretty smart to reduce some fatty stuff. Put bleach on the floor where it belongs. Kids consuming anything like this is real stupid advise from an idiot! Most important, go to your doctor and get his/her advise, be honest and maybe you can see where you are at if you have some time. Go to the Doctor and get a note of absence if you are under the gun to buy some time if at all possible. If all else fails don't do the test, especially with insurance company's cause you get marked, so get clean first. 30 days in the hole.

Niacin is cheap if u get it from the right person. Niacin works. The side affect,which means its working,is ur skin on ur arms burn if u dont drink water fast enough.You need to drink at LEAST a gallon of water with One pill. If your skin on your arms burn get over it cus the pill is working. You might not like it very much but if u drink water really fast it will go away. Ive been smoking for 2 years now, my dad 30. So trust me. You can take 4 pills but if you have a good niacin then ud have to drink 4 gallons of water and that is EXTREMELY difficult. It took me about 3 hours drinking a gallon at reg/fast pace. You gotta be real damn good at drinking water if you wanna take four!

There is no ACCURATE or DEFINITIVE answer for all of you who want to know EXACTLY how long it takes to get THC to not show up on a cheap urine drug test. Everyone's body is different, metabolisms are different, usage is different, THC content is different, so forget about getting an exact answer. I am 37 and have been a heavy daily user of high-grade pot off and on through the years. My last smoking period was for about 6 months. I am going to a pain clinic for narcotics for my back and they urine test me for pot (with a cheap test). It has been 43 days and it is still showing up in my urine. They gave me a condescending lecture, basically accusing me of lying, so I told them to f*ck off and send my results to a REAL lab with a REAL drug test. They will send my next one there as well. The difference in percentages will show that I am not smoking and I will have the last laugh. One of the Docs at the clinic even told me (as I already knew) that pot can show up in a cheap urine test from a few days to 3 months. It all depends on various factors which at this point, are out of your control. So stop freaking out, do what you can, and hope you pass. I was especially impressed with what the fellow said about exercising but stopping 3-4 days before the test because the exercise is a natural detoxifier and if you continue with exercise too close to the test, you will pee nothing but toxins! LOL Very good advice. Water, exercise (aerobic), sauna - any way to get liquids out of your system naturally, but make sure you are replacing them with tons of water, as well. It's a shame we have to worry about things like this, but I wish you all the best of luck.

I've been a stoner for 30 years,and never once had to take a drug test, cause I work for myself. Find somehting you really like to do,and get some books on starting UR own business. You can make more money in one day than most do in a week. Then you can bake for the other 6 days, and never have to worry about the man. If you do have to take a test, at least a month. Otherwise just consider UR screwed, unless the company only wants to KNOW what is in UR sytem because some companies are just curious, like if you got pot in UR system they still hire you, but Coke or Meth and UR out. So if you really wnt the job working for the man, just STOP for a month or 45 days. You can drink your ass off, cause they don't care if you are a wino. Good luck, and dont get a job, make one for UR self

Right This is how I passed my test. I paid someone who doesn't smoke �10 to pee in a sample beaker with screw on lid. Then Before I went in to the test I bought a cup of tea at a cafe and placed the sample beaker inside the cup. Then Just before I was entering the building I disposed of the tea and put the beaker under my armpit. They gave me THEIR beaker and I said I needed to do it in the toilet as when I start I can't stop. when I was in the toilet I simply poured it from my beaker to their beaker. Try and be quick, but not too quick. and flush the chain and wash your hands. You then have a sample of drug free urine that should still be warm when you give it to the tester. Good tip is to leave your fly open, then realise just after you give them YOUR sample

Well if you are a regular user it takes from up to 3-57 days to clear out of your urine whereas it only takes up to 36 hours to clear out of your blood. But drinking plenty of fluids and doing lots of exercise can speed up the process a little!

THIS IS FOR PEOPLE UNDER 180 POUNDS first time ever- 3-5days one a month 5-8 days 2 more a month- 15-20 days once a week 25-30- days 2-3 times a week- 32-36 days daily 35-49- days exercising and eating healthy is just about the only thing you can do...... drinking water is good but u have to do it before the drug test because all that water does is screws up the test. Vinager and cramberry juice does nothing too because they are not fat sulable and THC is stored in fat!!

It takes me about a month to get all the THC outta my sytem... drink like 10 glasses of water a day and 2 table spoons of viniger a day till your test.ooo.. and right before take 4 pakets of jello and mix it with a cup of water and drink it like a hour beforer... i sware by it! :)

Actually.. I have a question. yesterday (4-20) I got high form y second time in a year or so. I found out that I have to have surgery soon on my knee and they need a urine sample..what the hell am i supposed to do!!! Help I don't know anything about this.

Don't trip about your sample for sugery. Even if it shows up chances are they won't say anything about it, I had an operation on my knee as well and was in the same situation but all they are really looking for is any health problems, not smoking problems. But one thing I know works that no one has put on here is pickle juice. 20oz of pickle juice 24 hrs before your test will help a lot. It has worked for me everytime and I am on probation. Hehe

My friend has a drug test coming up in 3 weeks me and her just smoked a blunt yesterday and people keep saying drink cranberry juice, vinegar, water and pickle juice and other people say don't do those things, by then i was completely confused so i did some research. Drink lots of water but don't drink as much water the day before because that might cause suspicions. It regularly takes 3 to 4 weeks or 24 to 36 days depending on your height and weight.Since THC is stored in fat cells exercise regulary. HOPE THIS WILL HELP YA GOOD LUCK!!!

i have a drug test tomorow. i smoked 2 weeks ago for 3 days in a row. ive been drinking 3 glasses of water a day since then and im about 115 lbs. do you think i have a chance at passing? if not what should i do?

so i am 5'6" about 150 and I smoke yesterday and have a drug test in 2 weeks. what do you recommend I do besides drink a lot of water b/c i really need to pass it. I don't smoke 24/7, I maybe do it once a month.
