I was just browsing by and I noticed no one mentioned any dogs in the Spitz family! If you run a search on spitz breeds, you'll find pomeranians, keeshounds, american eskimo dogs, and a wide variety of lovely fluffy dogs in a large range of sizes.

Hovawart; Altdeutsche Huetehund; Deutscher Wachtelhund; Jagdterrier; Kromfohrlander; German Pinscher; Large and Small Munsterlanders; German Spitzen (Klein, Mittel, Wolfspitz--which is sometimes considered the same thing as the Keeshond, a Dutch breed, and sometimes considered a separate German breed); Pudelpointer; German Longhaired Pointer (in addition to the shorthaired and wirehaired pointers already mentioned); Bavarian Mountain Hound; Deutsche Drahthaar (basically a German Wirehaired Pointer with black in its coat); Deutsche Bracke; Eurasier; Hannoverian Hound; Leonberger; Westphalian Dachsbracke; also all those listed previously.
