my love is 18 years old she has vitiligo (one patch involving central half of right eyelid ,others of about 1cm below angle of mouth in theright side,nother 2 ptches of about 2cm in the frontal aspect of left wrist)this condition start from age of 9 years since this age no progretion and regretion seen but she did not use any treatment.is there any chance of recurence?is there any curative treatment?I need your answer bcause I am live in iraq and as you know the state of our country,thak you very mutch

She sounds like she has very slow onset vitiligo which stops or moves very slowly.  She maybe has experienced some fear or trauma when she was young?  With your love and help she will be OK.  Use Dermablend if you can get it as this will cover it and she need not feel ashamed.
