That answer sucked!!! I've fought this problem for a year, and it came back. Try http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_WINUR.A This would help if you can go there, but symantec was a no help pain in the *****> Good luck.
