What kind of switches do I need to control lighting from four different switch locations?  They do not have to be dimmed

You will need a 4 pole light switch available from a local electrical supply store.

to switch from 4 different locations you will need 2-3way switches and 2-4way switches also some 3-conductor cable 3-way switches at each end 4-way switches in between
