Hello,

I am a French citizen and I plan to marry an green card holder who just obtained his agreement to become an American citizen. However, he can go out of the USA for 258 days since and we would like to celebrate this union with my family in France too. How can we do since he has to stay in the USA for about a year and a half?

What shall we do?

Thank you for your answer
