You can buy a computer virus, no where, but you can create one and they can only be created by software designers, if you do not have the knowledge to create software,  you won't have the knowledge to create a computer virus. If you do create a computer virus, the company's who search for new viruses will also up-date their software so nobody will receive the virus anyway, so it's time you can spend somewhere else. Also, they can trace the virus back to you as they did my cousin and also as they did David L. Smith for creating the melissa virus who received 40 years, if you want to be in jail that long for a federal offense, go ahead and have a software designer make you one that works.

you can buy it anywhere you want, just wish when you see a falling star, or throw a coin in a wishing well. A virus fairy will then appear with a variety of computer viruses to buy.
