i own a kdc 515s and everytime i flip the face down to eject...

i own a kdc 515s and everytime i flip the face down to eject a cd it turns off not allowing me to eject the cd. there are no loose wires and the fuse is not blown if u can help please give me some pointers.

the kenwood stereos have a flexible cable. that one connects te face whit the stereo and whit the movement they broke

I have the same problem. Is it possible to fix? or is it time for a replacement? Thanks

Mine started going off every now and again untill eventually it lit up when faceplate sideways to insert cd then as-soon as the faceplate is returned upright the lights on the receiver go out again. Is the flexi cable easily replaced?
