you need to change that ring gurlee! i did mine myself and im only 13 and my parents dont know. i mean they wouldnt let me get it done and im thinkin its my body. so i did it meself! but yea, i changed the ring like, 4 days after i pierced mine cus i notice i accidently had the wrong guage. ur belly button will NEVER heal if u dont change it. just get it a lil wet, like maybe after you get outta the shower. then put some anti bacterial soap around ur piercing and on the barbell ur bout to put in and change it. it may sting cus the soap but thats a sign that its killing any bacteria . but you can tottally trust me, my aunt is a piercer and she has helped me out and told me how to take care of it so you can take my advice! bye bye all yas out thurr!

ya whoever said fat girls cant have there belly buttons pierced needs to shut up. anyone can pierce anything they want on there body. i got mine done before i had a baby and now im chubby but i dont care if people dont want to see it because its not changing. you shouldnt diss fat people just because they get there belly buttons pierced and people yes it does hurt you can hide your piercing from parents by sticking fishing line through it so it wont close up. when i got mine done the guy did the piercing to shallow but i left it in anyways. i can feel the whole barbell through the skin you 12 & 13 year olds should really rethink getting it done. i dont htink theres any places that will even pierce a 12 year old...

ok look i got my belly button pierced like a month and a half ago i took it out for one day and one night bc i went to my dads and i didnt want him to find out now i cant get it back in and i dont know what to do i heard it u pierce it again it will hurt worse bc of the scar tissue and another thing when there is no belly ring in it looks really gross i wish i never got mine done its a nuisance but since i just got it pierced and it looks really bad without one i need to get this ring back in its not completely closed but it hurts when i try to put in back in ! WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE HELP! oh yea and over time does ur belly button look better i dont want it to be scared and look nasty ya know (bathing Suit) / boyfriend!

this message is for JENSY. hey there girlie, i have never heard that before but now that i have i guess it makes sense. see before a girl gets her period (the most noticeable change in puberty) she isn't fully developed. even after they get their period there is still a lot of growin to do. I guess the most logically way of puttin it is if u do decide to get ur belly pierced and if u do grow (obviously you should) the piercing can migrate or end up in a different spot then where it was originally pierced. Also as u grow ur skin stretches to accomodate ur new height. if the piercing gets stretched it can be very uncomfortable and may even rip out. my advice to the lil girlies is to wait until they've had their growth spurt. after that the chances of you growing drastically are pretty rare and then you can go and get a piercing and have less risks involved. by the way im 18 and i just got mine pierced almost 3 months ago.

I got my belly pierced 6 days ago and it kinda hurt a bit. My friend did it for me, she stuck a big knitting needle. Just pinched the skin and dug in and my skin was tough as to get through. It took ages to get through the final skin and to even get the belly ring in, it took like 20 minutes. My parents don't know but if they did they'll freak but i really like it and i don't regret having it done. I never had it numbed when i got it pierced but i sterillized the needle and ring with hot salty water, is that safe?? Also i clean my belly twice a day and 2 days ago it started to form a scab around the ring, i read that it's part of the healing process. I think that cleaning it with salty water is a good idea, cause it seems to be speeding up the healing process. I dunno, what do yous all think about it. And lastly my piercing isn't exactly straight, is it suppose to be a dead straight piercing?? You think mine will get infected and how long does it take for your hole to fully heal. Also mine hurt for a few days like when i bent over and stuff but now its fine and i can lay on my stomach now. And for the 12 year olds, i can't believe you had it done that young. My parents will kill me if i had it done that young, actually they would kill me now if they found out, and i'm18 years old. OOH yeh one more thing, for the brothers out there wanting a belly piercing, i'mnot sure if its just for gay guys but if you want it so bad then get it done alright. k peace out peeps. Hey sup evry1... well i ain't afraid of needles i jst hate them reali bad. well yer i'm 13 but i gonna go get my belly pierced in lyk 13days. well yea i'm lyk xcited coz then i can put cute lil dangly stuff on it afta lyk a 6weeks or sumfin but i'm gonna keep it in for longer coz i dont want it to get infected or weird or anythin... yea i'm also wondern how bad does it hurt coz u pepz r confusin me by lyk sum pepz sayn it reali hurts then othas r lyk it hurt for lyk 30 secs then it don't hurt n e more... well yea i was wondrn if tha eyebrow hurts heaps coz pepz keep sayin that i should get mine done coz i hav green eyez n they match wif green eyez so yea does n e one kno how much it is? n were a gewd place to get it done in perth is? luv ya xxx~Tahlia~xxx

Umm Kasi 12 and 13 year olds arnt too young! who really cares? its just a piercing. Okay right now im 13 and its Wednesday December 8,2004 and my b-day is feb.2 it will be my 14 b-day..and my mom said i cant get my belly pierced im a little scared but i know ill be fine! Anyone who wants to get it done i say go for it! more then 10 of my friends have it done and their my age. One girl has had it done when she was 10 and it looks awesome.it hasnt stretched or anything..plus never got infected its your body do whatever you want with it. just remember to clean it 2-3 times a day (the more the better) dont play with it or let your friends touch it. try not to touch it yourself,i know it will look cool btu you have to wait,my mom doesnt want me getting it done and going back to school sitting their, and getting bored and playing with it. try to get it done in the summer,christmas break,So you wont get bored and play with it. I also heard you cant swim in salt water,or water with corlean. you also cant lay on your stomach! that really sux. but other then that have fun with it. it will look awesome!!! and guys think its a turn on lol! it wont hurt,only like a little pinch, remember to eat before you go,some people have passed out,but thats also for being over excited! I dont know if i should get a barbell or a ring. I cant decide, but it doesnt really matter because im going to love it anyway.i dont think you can be too young to get it. its only a piercing. But have fun with it! its awesome,remember to clean it and DONT play with it..some time in February i'll check back and tell you all the details! i cant wait. Look, I'm 21 and just got my belly done a month ago. I waited till now coz my parents really didn't want me to get it done. They don't know about it yet but now i'm old enough 2b in control of my own life. I no this makes me sound like lil mis perfect or w/e but honestly, if ur parents massively object to something that isn't that important, don't do it, that way u get their support on the important stuff. As for pain, it's more of a shock than a pain when u get it done, then it hurts for a couple of days when u move around, but after that its cool (obv if u sit an poke it, it's gonna hurt a bit!) KEEP IT CLEAN. seriously, clean it with a proper spray, not alcohol from ur parents liquor cabinet or anything, and clean it like 3 times a day. Don't do it yourself, my friend did that and it went totally septic and she ended up in hospital and then of course her parents found out about it and they went mental.

I'm 23 years old and I had my belly pierced on Dec 5th. I was searching for answers for so many questions I had about it & found out that it all depends on your body and how it reacts towards cuts and how you can handle pain! I had mine done at a hospital with a surgical needle, the doctor said it will only hurt for a minute when he pushes the needle, I was thinking hey I had a couple of tattoos and the pain might be just the same. i tried to relax but i was still nervous lol... anyways i had it done and wow the pain was so different from a tattoo lol... my body reaction was bad i was shaking and i couldn't drive my car back home lol glad i had my fiance' with me. it was hard to sit and painful. the pain was there for like a week and now it's much better! and i love it so much :) If you want it done just go for it but take someone with you lol... here are so tips of how to care for it: You MUST to clean it twice a day. use water with salt, you can do that by soaking ear buds in the water or lay down and put a small cup of water and salt over your belly button and leave it for like 5-10 minutes. Use Neosporine or any antibacterial cream, apply a small amount using the ear bud - you can apply it whenever your piercing feels dry or itches. Whenever you feel discomfort wash your piercing and apply neosporine and you will feel better. What are you waiting for ? go have your belly button pierced!

Hello, I just got my outtie belly button peirced today!..YES you can get your outtie belly button pierced. I love it!, and I can't wait to change the ring for a barbell. My button didnt hurt at all! I'm over 14 and a half.. The guy at the tatoo place told me that I had no flap of skin on the top of my bellybutton, so he just made me crunch down so then some skin would be more visible. If anyone has ever had their ear peirced up top, that hurts way more than the belly button...alright i will see all of u later! BYE! (ps: do any of you people think that a peirced outtie is gross?..please tell me because I don't want to show it to people if it is unattracted.) Write back to CUTECAREBEAR! THANX!=)

Me and a friend went to get our bellys pierced just today and it was an awesome experience for both of us. We found a clean place, and the people were friendly. I'm telling you, it feels like a quick pinch and thats all(but i guess it can be different 4 sum). We are still a little sore, but it was totally worth it and we are so glad to have done it!!! I recommend anyone who wants to get their belly peirced, and has thought it over, to do so!!With the proper care, it will turn out awesome!Some infection probably will occur, but that is a given!If you want it, get it!!!!!Oh and also,a word of advice,eat something sugary if you r prone to anxiety. My friend didnt eat 4 a few hours and she got a bit dizzy! Good luck.

hey girls, myname is Jade im 16 and i got my belly done as soon as i was 16, it was gr8 because i was like really flipping scared!!! but all they do is lie u on the table, wipe it with a antibacterial cloths mark with a straight lien clamp it and pierce through your skin. I used to keep poking my self like all the time wondering how it will feel being honest your top ear piercing hurts more than belly. Its it quick and if you keep thinking it will hurt ALOT!!!" then ull put ur self off think positive... because it looks So wicked!!! afterwards and ake sure if you are going to get it done not to take it out until it PROPERLY better... think of chicken when u cook it its looks cooked but what about the inside is it PROPERLY cooked so make shure u clean it and keep the bar in until ur belly gets healed....PIERCE UR belly and it will look gr8..... dont wrry the pain is hurtfull fells like a pinch and if u keep trying to squeeze ur belly with stuff thats hurts more then the actually piercing it self!!!! go have fun!!! peace out galz!! xxxx

Just to clear up a bunch of questions that y'all have had... 1) The piercing does hurt temporarily, it feels like getting salt or soap in a cut, but that feeling only hurts for about 5 seconds. My piercer did NOT numb mine, and I didn't cry or flinch. 2) Afterwards, it may be a little sore, but not too badly-just watch bending over too quickly. 3) DO NOT pierce it yourself-too much chance of nerve damage or permanent scarring. Save up the money and go to a clean tattoo parlor and let them do it-they're professionals, trust them. 4) Don't swim too soon afterwards, the chlorine and bacteria in the pool increase risk of infection. I'd wait a few weeks. 5) Don't change it too often in the first few months, because it will swell and make it more and more difficult to change. Be careful when you change it, and don't try to force it in, be gentle.

hey i really want to have my belly done,but im on a swim team and gonna become a model. i had my first photo shoot last friday. im gonna be 14 in like 2 months and was thinking about getting it done then. my mom said i could get a tattoo but i really want to get my belly pierced. im just afraid that i cant go swimming after, if any body has info on that please email me at emmie7462@netscape.com thanks ps: im also afraid that the piercing will show through my cloths and interfere w/ my modeling, im also one of those goodie 2 shoes kind of person that does everything right (making good grades to never getting grounded in my life) kind of person. i really want to change my image and i think that this piercing will help me because no one would expect ME to get her belly pierced. if you have any info email me please and help my make my decision, thanks again

I got my belly pireced like 2 months ago n everthing was goin great i mean i was taken care of it n all but my skin is like i dunno to senstive n it kinda got a lil bit infected but just on the bottom so i just kept taken care of it n i would change it sumtimes cuz when i would go to partys wit lil tops i would but sum lil butterfly ones or sum wit stars hangin n one day i slept wit the butterfly one n when i went to change it it started to bleed so w/e days pasted by n like 3 days ago i woke up n my belly was all bleeding n it was cuz my ring had like riped thru my skin in the bottom just a lil but u can see the meat like riped so i got this cream n i put it on n is like healin but like u styll like see the riped part n in the middle wat can i dooo ........if anything email me at sweetlildevil010@yahoo.com...O0o0o ya n am 15 bout to trun 16.....n other then tat i would say get it done it looks HOT hehehe..

I just got my belly button pierced a couple days ago. It hurt for a few seconds when the needle went through, but if you want it bad enough, you wont mind the pain. It's kinda sore right now, but I'm using these swab things they gave me to clean it. I wasn't numbed when it happened. I decided to get a colored barbell with flames in the end. I wouldn't recomend getting one that dangles or a ring because the ring sticks out and can get bumped and the dangling one can get caught on stuff. Well I live in wenatchee, washington and i would recomend illusions on the ave. Make sure you keep it clean and don't mess with it even though it looks cool! Best wishes to belly button piercings everywhere.

Hey im monic and im 13 and i got my belly pierced last month.Should my belly ring have a scabe already? Is the white ring a scare? Today me and my friend kerry who is also 13 but a little older and is crazy about getting one. Her parents said it was fine and we went to centry City in Cape Town South Africa with her dad. When we got to the shop called wildfire they asked how old she is and wen she said 13 the lady said that she is to young. Hey its kerry! The lady made up all this rubbish about a belly ring and scared my dad and now i have to wait till im 16. And thats a long time!!!! My dad wont take me to another place cause we heard that Wildfire was the best!! Wat must i do? Luv Kerry and Monic!! write back soon!

Hey ppl! I just turned 13 and it seems like i have wanted a naval piercing for SOOOOOO long(but really only like a year). I pride myself in my tummy! I dont evactly have a four pack but my tummy is flat and muscular! I have been working on it scince my 12 b-day and the work has really paid off! I think belly piercings are soo pretty and i live in florida so i swim and go to the beach all the time! Some of my friends have there belly pierced. I think that it looks so cute and cant wait to get one.I'm great with pain so im not scared but still a lil worried about infection and other problems like a crooked piercing or a shallow one (that type of thing). Plz help me! I would love some tips from experiance on making sure there are no problems such as the ones above. Thnx so much!

i just got mine done by my friend. her dad does his own piercings so she has the hollow needles and everything. she cleaned them and then marked my belly button. she pushed in the needle and then put in the barbell. its a curved swirl with glow in the dark balls on it, and i think it rocks. i cleaned it right away with hydrogen peroxide and it isnt infected just a little red cause i got it 2 days ago. it didn't hurt at all and i love my piercing. it proves that you can get it done without a professional piercer if your parents wont sign the consent form, and even with a ring shape like mine that sticks out you can hide it. im going to get a shiny crystal one and i suggest that you get your belly done cause it looks so cool. and if you do it yourself: don't go too deep!

hey all. Ive been experiencing belly button situations for a few years now. My friends have done it themself so i am what u can call street smart when it comes to belly button piercings. from what i hear the professionals mess up some times too so id prefer to do mine myself. And i did. it did not hurt like crap but it didnt feel good. If it didnt hurt that much for me to do it myself w a saftey pin, imagine how good it would feel to have it professionaly done. !!!!Also, there is a thing called resurfacing.!!!!! this is when a belly button is not pierced deep enough. your body actually forces out the metal little by little each day till the metal is actually seen through the skin. if the skin is shrinking between each pierced area- CALL A PROFESSIONAL!!! you do not want a big ugly scar on your belly button. but to any people that want to pierce your belly button yourself. I suggest not doing it, just wait and ask your parents. Just because i did mine myself doesnt mean n e 1 can. It is common for any piercings except your ears to get infected but its uncommon if the infection doesnt go away in about 1 month or if you see blood alot. When you get your belly button pierced professinally i have heard that they clean it, put some numbing stuff on it, a metal clamp. then they shove the needle through and next thing you know you have a belly button ring on your fresh piercing. Later on it might be a little soar. If its really soar you can put some of the cleaning liquid on it and that makes it easier to move your body around without as much pain cuz the belly button ring is slipprier. Belly button ring wont normally rip out unless there is ALOT of pressur ripping on it. kindof like your earings. If you are underage yes, you have to have parents fill out a form. And as far as using alcohal goes, i wouldnt use it because its kindof harsh on a fresh piercing. your suppose to use epson salt, dove soap, store bought cleaning liquid, and i sometimes use hydrogen peroxide but i dont suggest that unless you absolutely have to cuz it dries the area out. after your belly button is pierced you can sit down but certain belly movements can cause more pain, for me it use to be if i reached for something. after getting your belly button pierced you can do physical activity like sit ups but i dont suggest it because i have also heard of that irritating a fresh piercing. **i tried to answer as many questions as possible, but if any one wants to ask me another you can email me at kittykisses1988@hotmail.com or at yahoo.com. this advice is all based off of my personal experiences and if i were yawl id head the advice i gave yawl.(not to sound like a smartass)**goodluck p.s. if you go tanning put a clear blly button ring in cuz the silver intensifies the tan.

hi guys! ok Ive had my belly pierced 4 about 5 months and I'll tell u the whole story. ok. First I had to convince my parents 2 let me have it done. So just kept bugging them and my bro waz getting his eyebrow done so my dad let me eventually. Just keep at it and explain u know the risks and all ur friends have them done. So my dad booked an appointment (if u live on the central coast 'Aztec beauty and day spa' in tuggerah is where i got mine done and it was great) anyways they ask if u got ur period coz it affects u having kids if u dont ( if they dont ask dont go there!) So I went inside and had butterflys in my stomach (as u would) and had to chose a belly ring i chose a pink one it was about $30. My dad had to sign a form and they took me into a room. I sat down and the lady explained about cleaning it and the risks and all of that. Then she told me to stand up looking forward and arms by my side. She drew a dot on my belly and told me 2 lie down. She said the clamp would be the worst bit and she got the clamp and pulled my skin. ok this did hurt and then she got the needle and stuck it through. that wasnt as bad as the clamp though, she slid a tube in after it, then slid the belly bar though it. she took the tube out and screwed on the ball. she gave it a tug for sercurity and then it was done! it was so relieving i couldnt feel the pain anymore just some throbbing.it was a bit hard to sit up but i managed. she talked a bit more and i walked out. it was pretty funny coz everyone saw me limping out holding my belly and they all gave me smiles. i was all smiles too. it ended up being $105 including jewrelly (thanks dad!) but it was so worth it. they were so quick and it was all done in literally 10 seconds! i didnt have mine numbed and i lived. also dont be afriad 2 ask questions, i did coz u dont want someone with not much experience doing that to u. i clean it with salt water twice a day with a cotton bud (boil a litre of water and mix with half a cup of sea salt). i love it so much and buying cute butterflys and sparkles 4 it, seriously guys if u really want it done that badly pain shouldnt be a factor. OK, i got mine done a week ago..MY own experience. it did not hurt, mine did not bleed. they put a 'belly bead' in. which is a loop that closes around a ball. it's been 7 days. no pain still. no pus. no green/red color. only a slight hard.. swollen feeling under the skin between the holes- but that is normal for SOME people... so i say go for it. but have it done the right way. by some one who is trained and has done it before. clean it. turn it. no PEROXIDE-ACHOHOL-NEOSPORIN!! don't touch a 1000 times a day just cause u can or cause u think it's so cute and u have to show it off. and my last opinion--- if u are under the age of 17. u don't need it. cause it's work and i just don't think most YOUNG girls can handle it... and i am 19.

This is for Crystal - You said you think "fat girls" shouldn't get pierced because "no one wants to see a fat girl with a belly ring". Well, did you ever think that maybe the girl is getting it without the intention to show it off? Maybe it's something private for herself to enjoy, like her own little secret or something. And even if she does show it off, why do you care? Weight should not be an issue in a decision like this. People get pierced for all different reasons and it's people with a mentality like your's that can spoil a good time. ANYONE can get a belly ring - fat, skinny, boy or girl. You need to spend a little bit more time growing up, and a little less time worrying about what "fat girls" do and don't do. Piercing is for everybody!!

I have had my belly piercing for about a month. I think I got the wrong type of style of jewelry. I have a butterfly (which is the original piercing I selected to pierce with), and now it seems that the antennae (the little antennas on top of the butterfly) are cutting into my skin, leaving indentations and perforations on my skin, and this area sticks really bad onto my skin aggravating the area. I have a regular two ball belly jewelry, should I take a chance and change it so that I wont get the perforations anymore? Or should I just leave the original jewelry in?

GIRL!!! u did get the wrong style! ur soposed 2 have circle ones on the top and bottom which are surgical steal! the butterfly dont help it heal! go get one that DOES NOT have a chain and is a circle shape

I want to get one and I am for my 14 b-day which it already pass but I am trying to find a place get it done at because I do not now nothing about that stuff I hope I find a place soon because I want to get it!!!

i wanna get my belly pierced really badd!! but like im afraid it might hurt and i herd der r like problems while delivering a baby if ur belly is pierced....is dat tru ??

Hi well i got mine done 2 nights ago with my friend. i was so freakin out hey! but it didnt hurt that much although now it hurts and the ball on the hoop digs in to me when i sit! but other then that i LOVE it and cant wait to get new accesories. 4 weeks WOHOO But yeah get it done it hurts a lil but its done quickly

I really wont mi belly pierced but mi mum and dad wont let me. dey said i could get it done wen i am 18. how can i convince dem. anoder ting - dey r against any kind of piercing part from ur ears

Well..im going in 2 days to get my belly pierced and alot of my freinds have it done already and they say it didnt hurt at all that you can just feel it going in...doesnt matter im stil soo scared but at the same time very excited because i want it so much...i say find a clean good place it might cost a little more but dont be stupid and do it yourself that is just more reason for it to get infected!

DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT PAIN IN NAVEL PIERCING. I HAD IT DONE TWICE AND DIDN'T FEEL ANY MAJOR PAIN. I THINK GETTING A SHOT OR GIVING BLOOD HURTS MORE... OF COURSE THAT'S BECAUSE I HATE REAL NEEDLES. GO FOR IT YOU'LL LOVE THE LOOK AND WILL HAVE NO REGRETS.... GOOD LUCK 2 ALL U LADIES.

hi yall!im 12 and my sista's 16 i got ma belly pierced last nite! 1st she cleaned the area then put pure alcohol on it den she srayed it with a kinda numbing realy cold spray. then she marked 2 dots where the holes were gonna b. den i layed on da bed and she attatched the clamp and then tightened it.then she put the needle threw and den put in the bar id chosen a turquiose duble jewelled titaineum 1.then she told me about cleaning it and i was off 2 enjoy my new piercing. it all only took lyk 30 seconds then my sista ad it dun afta me.every 1 out dere dat wants it dun go av it!!!! cya yallxxxxx

hey!i really want my belly pierced so i went to a place wherr they do it and the lady said it takes up to a yEAR to heal.tru?...and im scared it might hurt a hell of alot.....how much does it hurt?!....how fast do they puch that huge needle thru?!

hey everyone. i got my belly buttons peirced almost seven months ago. i waited 2 months before i changed it, and it turned out to be perfectly fine. i was told to wait 6 months to a year but i couldnt wait that long. so gurl if that butterfly belly ring is erritating you then you should really think about changin it cause it will never heal with it like that. and all you gurls out there that are like 12 or 13 years old you needa get a life. im 16 and i think i was to young to get it done. but 12 and 13 is way to young. peace out yall.

I have my belly button peirced. It hurt for a a month afterwards, to the point where lying down hurt, b/c I would stretch. Got my tongue peirced few months back, didn't even hurt. It hurt a few days afterwards b/c the swelling was very high. But, after about a week, it felt like I had it all my life. My next peircing is "down below"...that's gonna be some hottness right there.

IM gettin my belly pierced tommorw, im really nervous, im not afriad of the pain when it happens, im afraid of the pain afterwards, i mean am i not gonna be able to lay down, or sleep or bend, or hell i work out alot, am i not gonna be able to do my crunches? im still decideing if i want to, but i dont know, im scard. plus how fast do they put that needle in? i hope very fast, and God then they have to put the ring in after, so into a freshly cut wound? oh dear..im nervous as hell...

You need to change that butterfly ring, they should of never let you get that one at the piercing parlor. get a hoop, i have had my belly pierced 7 years, it takes about a year to heal! I would suggest going to the place you got it pierced and have them change it for you. I tried to change mine a month after i had it done and it would not go through. goodluck!

mermaidevi I don't mean to be a biatch but if you're going to get ur navel done I don't think it should be influenced on whether or not ur friends think it's cool or whether or not it's in style. I think u should take a day or too and figure out y u REALLY want it done. dont let anything else influence u.

Lacy, I got a bunch of kewl ones on eBay also try the flea markets. Some people have set up specifically for piercings. I lucked up the other day (Sat.the 27th, to be exact,-the day I got mine pierced which didn't hurt by the way) and lucked up and found some (new)for $2 each!!! Good luck! Now my question is: Is it hard to put in new jewels? Does it hurt? I know I am tender still (gee only had it for 4 days)but just curious!

TO xox_mee, I think they should change their minds cause I mean, I really dont know why parents r so concerned bout things like that. But its ur life, andI know a bunch of people that r my age and aren't aloud to get it, but they get it anyways. U can always get these little plastic retainers, to keep in the hole so its less noticable!!!! Believe me if my dad found out that I got my belly pierced he would kill me!!! And to the gurl with the butterfly ring... Change it!!!!
