In response to max_force7734, a fifth is actually a fifth of a gallon, which is about three fourths of a liter (757 ml to be exact).  You were right about the whiskey, jack is short for Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey.  What it means in poker, though, I haven't the foggiest.  My guess, though, would be four of one card, and the fifth card is a jack.

Actually, a "fifth" of alcohol (in this case, "Jack" or Jack Daniel whiskey) is 750 ml, a common size for a bottle. It refers to a fifth of a gallon, which is actually 757 ml, but it gets rounded off.
