i need too know the value of a 5 dollar bill printed in red ink,1953 was the year

Hi..red serial numbers and seals are US notes not silver certificates.The value depends on few things first I'm assuming you don't have a star note which has a star in front of the serial numbers and the second thing is grade/condition of your note.In average circulated grades dealer would pay anywhere from $5.50-$8.50 depending on grade.Not really a rare note.Any questions email me at marlofan@aol.com.

Is a five dollar bill with a star at the end of a serial number instead of the alpha rare?   Is it worth anything other than five dollars?

i have a red five dollar bill made in 1963. all red markings and in main conditions. is it worth anything?
