I got a 4DTV General Instrument 920 Receiver. how can you reset the password if you forgot your old password..if so let me know thanks

The master reset Number is 92121.

The master password will only let you program or master clear your 4memory. If you lost your password for Parental control or things like that you will need to go to Options 6,7,7,8 and do a master clear. you will need to reprogram the 4D. Hope this will help chouse@starband.net

I would like to know how to fix my Digital picture. I have a GI 920 reciever how do you get to the skew settings. I had a guy come out to do this he went to the skew settings to do this, but he forgot to set some of the digital channels on HBO/Max could anyone HELP ME PLEASE

to set skew on Digital.... you can go to a channel 1-24 and adjust, then go to the digital channel to see if better. You can also go to Options, Change System Settings, Program Sat. -- arrow down to Auto Skew while still on Digital Channel.

I have a 2 year old general satellite receiver with a 12' dish. All of the satellite services here are telling me that I have to got to the new dish network system buying new equipment. Is there a place that can provide me service for the existing system in Fairbanks, Alaska? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. Darrell
