Recently I took my 6 month old Mini Dashshund to his Vet for an exam.  "Vinny" has abdominal pain after eating.  He will jump into my chair with me and sit like a person, look down at his abdomen, shake and start a painful whistling through his nose he will then poke his nose into his abdomen and bark and bite down on his hind legs and tail whining and crying and gets very restless. This happens about thirty minutes to an hour after eating.  He does not have bloody stools and they are normal.  He does not vomit and is full of energy and playful after the food(baby food gr. chicken) seems to get past a certain point???  His Vet has him on Tagamet and doxycycline.  He x-rayed Vinny and thinks he has intestinal ulcers.  He showed me the x-rays and has sent them to a specalist we are waiting.. Vinny still hurts the same.  Any ideas???  Please help...  Vinny's Mom
