Hey Ivan. I tried to call you number but maybe its too late or something. I was wondering if you had printing problems. everytime i add a new printer some things do not print correctly. like a sales tax report for instance prints fine, but on a quote or a sales order, its like the text on the right covers the text on the left? The last time i had this issue with a cannon i downloaded the latest driver and that worked but with this new printer i just got i have the latest driver and its not working correctly. All windows docs print fine and like i said reports print fine in bw. Any ideas would be extremely helpfull. If you wish to reply by phone our office number is 813-635-9255 9-5 est time or after hours you may leave a message.
During business hours you may call collect ask for marc :)
Thank you
