Actually they are pregnant from 58-66 days. 63 is the average. any thing over that time frame is serious enough to contact your vet.

this isnt really a answer its more of a question, my Jack Russell female is 7months old and not registered,we know shes pure because the people own a female and male pure bred Jack Russell and they have had many litters together from 6-9 pups and the people are my best friends, well anyway i wanted to know if it was a good idea to breed my female with a pure bred male who is also unregistered and not in her blood line

IN MY OPINION YOU KNOW IN YOUR SELF IF YOU SHOULD BREED YOUR DOG.HOWEVER IF ITS JUST THE MONEY THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT.....MY JACK RUSSEL IS 60 DAYS  PREGNANT TODAY BUT I WOULD PAY THE EARTH FOR HER TO BE OK AND HEALTHY AS ITS A WORRYING TIME IF YOU ARE A DEVOTED OWNER NOT BREEDER.

My Jack russell had puppies 2 weeks ago and they were all born dead. Do dogs go through some sort of depression as she's acting really different now?

My jack russell is nearly 3 and has just got pregnant, this is her first litter and i am quite worried as the person who breed her said that her pelvis is facing up wards, would this cause her any more discomfort when giving birth? and would it be right to intefer with the birth if she wasnt having any trouble, or do you leave them to do it themselves?
