The error means that either the file is damaged, or the file can't be read by your player. Your best bet is to verify that the program works for the particular file you want to play/hear.

m getting d same error answer is that d sound card driver is needed. mine is IT8172 not able 2 get it yet

The problem can be solved if the latest version of real player is used to play files or Divxplayer 2.5.3 is used
