I didn't find the answer to my question in your FAQ. My question is, If my opponent played a Major Teroh and then used its ability (remove all black creatures from the game) would it remove the black creatures in play, my hand, my graveyard and my library; or would it just remove those in play?

A "creature" by definition, only exists in play, in your hand or in the graveyard, they are defined as "creature cards".
