You Go to a Local Studio AFTER you researched on the web about all the different procedures checkout this site :http://www.planetthree.com/modules.php?set_albumName=Tongue&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php

Checkout all the different procedures and then go to a local piercing shop and ask about apprenticeship it is where they teach you all you need to know...
Hope this Helps

You don't go to school to become a professional body piercer, you have to get special training from a piercing parlor. Go talk to them about the training you need.

You would have to take an apprentiship at a piercing parlor. And just learn by watching a professional. Then just work your way on up.

There is no real official certification to become a body piercer. The best way to become one is to do a lot of research online, talk to people in body piercing shops, and become an apprentice for about 3-6 months (ask around). It's also a good idea to be certified in CPR/First Aid, and take courses on blood born pathogens. It's better to work for someone else first and establish your skills. If you want to start your own business, you'll need to rent a place to do your piercing at and keep it COMPLETELY STERILE. You can get starter kits for $400-$1200 (good for about 100-200 piercings) also every piece of jewelry and needle you need will cost about $5-$9 each. Remember you need all sorts of types of jewelry with all different size gauges. Also, you might want insurance and/or a lawyer, because if you mess up and hit a vein and kill someone you're going to get sued.
I hope I helped a little bit.
