How do I un-install MIME-Version:1.0 off of my computer? I am in England and my running system is windows xp home edition.

MIME-Version: 1.0 is a standard which all modern mail readers implement. Read http://www.zvon.org/tmRFC/RFC1521/Output/chapter3.html for more information about this field. Perhaps you want to uninstall some software that makes use of the MIME-Version header.
