I used to play in an orchestra with Donald, and just ran into him backstage at a concert at Northwest Indiana Symphony -- he has a condo in downtown chicago, that's all I know......

Donald and Bridget now work (and live?) in Rockford, IL.  Bridget is the Executive Director of Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center, so you could try calling her at 815-964-9713 to reach him.  Good luck!
