How to convert MPEG-TS packets into the MPEG file format which can be played by an MPEG player? OR to be displayed on a TV?IS it time based capture of the incoming stream?

There is a small tool to convert from MPEG TS (Transporting Streaming) into MPEG. Search the internet for pvastrumento (pvas).
